“We stayed at the AVE from May- August of 2025. Without question it was the most enjoyable summer we have ever experienced. The facilities and accommodations are first class and the staff is terrific. From Sharaz and Julie at the front desk to Nicole and Tonia in the offices, the staff members made us always feel welcomed. They did everything possible to make our stay pleasant. It’s no wonder that the words used by long time residents, when asked about living at the AVE, is “it’s easy”. We would like to thank all of the staff for their ongoing support, assistance, kindness and professional attitudes during our stay. We highly recommend the AVE to anyone interested in a first class rental property.”

“My boy friend moved into Blue Bell Villas in September, and unfortunately, on the second day, the unit experienced water damage because a neighbor forgot to turn off their water. While accidents can happen, we were truly impressed by the professionalism of the management team.
When my boy friend requested to switch units, the management team Jasmine and Ashley were proactive and highly supportive. Their responses were incredibly swift, as they always are. Additionally, the maintenance team reacted promptly and resolved the issue quickly.

“I’ve lived here for almost five years, and my experience has been nothing but wonderful. From the neighbors to the manager, owner, and maintenance team, everyone has been great. I love being here with my fur baby the environment is peaceful, welcoming, and truly feels like home. It’s the best pet friendly community I’ve ever experienced! There are always friendly neighbors to chat with when you’re outside, which makes it even nicer.

-Local amenities made living here simple and cost-efficient
-The Philadelphia metro area is only about a 30-minute dash, barring traffic, then double it (because it's traffic)
-The world-famous King of Prussia Mall is only about 15 minutes away (highly recommended for singles and families)
-The maintenance teams were timely with their processing, and I have no complaints as everything for the community ran smoothly.
Special shoutout to Ms. Kesha and her team for working with me on my initial application, as I was literally on the other side of the country and they made move-in day very seamless.
Would definitely live here again if the future allows it! 10/10”

“The property team is very courteous and responsive. The value for the rental property is fantastic considering surrounding area. This includes being close to SEPTA trolly line, having a washer, dryer and dishwasher in the unit. The owners take care of the lawn including snow shoveling and salting.Recently at the time of writing this, Blink EV charging station went down (no fault of Drexelbrook, Blink issued a technical malfunction on their end going on for more than 48 hours I am unable to charge.) Brittney the Property Manager went above and beyond to help by letting me borrow her plug-in charger and plug into the side of the main building to enough to get to the nearest DC fast charger.The community also has a security car patrolling during night making this neighborhood extra safe. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for your next home, this is a great place to be!”

“I have been looking for an apartment and went to see Willowbrook Apts in West Norriton. The woman I was dealing with, her name is Moe, was the most nicest and accommodating person you ever want to meet. She helped me from beginning to end and nothing was to much. Always had a smile on her face from the time you entered the property until you left. Im not computer savvy, and that was no issue at all. The Property Manager , Toby, was also very nice and accommodating. They make sure your very comfortable. I thank them both for all of your help.”

“I have lived in valley high apartments the past three years throughout pharmacy school. The team here has always been super helpful and professional with any of my needs as a renter. Moving from Florida I was a little nervous about the snow during the winter but they were always on top of everything here! Snow removal for the cars to go to work and sidewalk/steps to front doors. Leone and Fred were absolutely amazing at fixing any Maintenance issues I may have had. It’s very hard to find a friendly and GREAT maintained crew when renting. I actually loved my apartment layout! Closet space is amazing. They also made the process easy to have an esa dog, which is super relieving. Anthony in the office made everything easy and always was thorough with leasing documents, maintenance requests, explaining the different option for leasing, etc.. I highly recommend this apartment complex! Short drive to Temple university and other university’s, while staying a little further from crammed city living.”

“I love living in this building, everything is top notch. The management team is so responsive if anything comes up. Super clean, beautiful finishes and a layout that makes work from home doable. The gym has everything you need, plus there are so many gym options within walking distance. Traders Joes and suburban square steps away - a fantastic location. Highly recommend this building to anyone who is looking.”
“I toured a one bedroom apartment with the Property Manager, Colleen. She was friendly, knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. We loved the key fob entry and updated apartments with hardwood floors. Having an elevator is super helpful as well.”
“This was my first stay in the U.S., and I absolutely loved living here for two years. The location is incredibly convenient — everything from grocery stores to the train station is easily accessible. The staff were friendly and responsive, and most of our maintenance requests were handled promptly. We made great memories with our community friends, and my family had lots of fun during our time here. We’re definitely going to miss the community. If I ever return to PA, I’ll definitely come back to these apartments. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I’d highly recommend it!”

“My wife and I lived here 25 years so that should speak for itself as to how we love the neighborhood. Most of the bad reviews I've read are obviously disgruntled owners or tenants who have some axe to grind. For the most part, HOA fees are high, but the need of this community requires even more upkeep than owners are willing to pay for. That said managed has in fact done a remarkable job with necessary maintenance & upkeep. I was on the Council several years and I know it's not easy to please everyone. But just drive around the neighborhood and you'll see it is amazing to find such affordable living space in an area where the average houses range around $500,000. Everything you need is close by, excellent schools, and contrary to some comical comments I saw, there is no more quiet place to live (perhaps even TOO quiet at times). By the way, we moved out, yes, but we now live less than a mile away!!”
“The office staff is great they work so hard to makes things right ! However the apt building had been getting elevators fixed for months ! Shout out to Ashley and her staff ! Mitch from corporate do you care about this building ? You have so many properties and you have let this place go . Ashley and her great staff can't change things alone - step up and fix things here ! My oat review is about the owner of all the morgan properties and his cooperate staff not the people in management at apt building”
“Toured this place and had the most professional leasing agent (Asif) help me. He was very thorough & detailed at explaining and answering ALL of my questions. I was able to walk away, confident & knowledgeable of how this apartment complex operates. Asif represented the community very well, we certainly need more people like him! This place is very clean, welcoming, inviting and has affordable pricing for such fair amount of square footage. Highly recommend applying to this community!”
