“My boy friend moved into Blue Bell Villas in September, and unfortunately, on the second day, the unit experienced water damage because a neighbor forgot to turn off their water. While accidents can happen, we were truly impressed by the professionalism of the management team.
When my boy friend requested to switch units, the management team Jasmine and Ashley were proactive and highly supportive. Their responses were incredibly swift, as they always are. Additionally, the maintenance team reacted promptly and resolved the issue quickly.

“The Glen is such a great place to live! Peaceful yet close to everything, with well maintained units that come with parking, laundry, and central air. However, the highlight of the place are the property managers, Kevin and Laura. They take great care of the residents and the property. The on-site maintenance team is also top notch. “Wonderful place to live! We rented here a 3bd for a year and were very happy. The building is close to the train station, 3 supermarkets in walking distance, Wynnewood shopping center and Narberth downtown. The staff are amazing! Always nice and helpful, and any issues are fixed very fast. One of the neighbors asked for a bench next to the school bus pick up point, and they set that up within a few days.

-Local amenities made living here simple and cost-efficient
-The Philadelphia metro area is only about a 30-minute dash, barring traffic, then double it (because it's traffic)
-The world-famous King of Prussia Mall is only about 15 minutes away (highly recommended for singles and families)
-The maintenance teams were timely with their processing, and I have no complaints as everything for the community ran smoothly.
Special shoutout to Ms. Kesha and her team for working with me on my initial application, as I was literally on the other side of the country and they made move-in day very seamless.
Would definitely live here again if the future allows it! 10/10”

“I’ve lived at Timberlake Apartments for a few months now, and overall I’m happy with the decision to move here. The office staff is very friendly, and they are personable with many residents.
Timberlake has a big, beautiful property. Many residents complain about the upkeep of the grounds, but many of those complaints could be resolved if more people took pride in the community. There is a lot of trash on the ground because people don’t clean up after themselves. I have seen the maintenance team out there with trash bags picking up what they can, which is a huge help. The trees by the pool and in the courtyard could be trimmed up, and the grass is long most times, but overall the property is well kept.
I have seen a lot of complaints about mice and flies, however the doors are always being left open despite the many emails from the office asking residents to make sure the doors are not being propped open. Again, an issue that could be solved with more resident effort.
It would be helpful to have a trash can in the lobby and a few more dog waste bins. There are a lot of packages being left on the floor of the mailroom and in the lobby instead of making their way into the lockers or package room. The first floor has a strong odor due to the trash room being there, which would be nice to have a better solution for that.
Every issue I’ve needed taken care of has been done so quickly and efficiently. All of the maintenance team is very friendly, and they seem genuinely happy to say hello to me and my dog.
I enjoy living at Timberlake and the community is great. The residents are very friendly and mostly respectful. Management does the best that they can to make this a wonderful place to live.”

“The property team is very courteous and responsive. The value for the rental property is fantastic considering surrounding area. This includes being close to SEPTA trolly line, having a washer, dryer and dishwasher in the unit. The owners take care of the lawn including snow shoveling and salting.Recently at the time of writing this, Blink EV charging station went down (no fault of Drexelbrook, Blink issued a technical malfunction on their end going on for more than 48 hours I am unable to charge.) Brittney the Property Manager went above and beyond to help by letting me borrow her plug-in charger and plug into the side of the main building to enough to get to the nearest DC fast charger.The community also has a security car patrolling during night making this neighborhood extra safe. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for your next home, this is a great place to be!”
“This is one of the best apartments we have lived before. Apartment amenities and aesthetics of the community are well maintained by the service team. Service requests are either addressed on the same day or resolved by next business day. Manager and the leasing expert are very helpful with any issues we faced during our stay in the apartment. I would recommend this apartment to my friends.”
“We had an issue with our fridge, it was leaking heavily and our food wasn’t cold at all. David, the assistant Supervisor came and looked at the problem and solved it under an hour, getting us a brand new replacement. Highly recommend David for your maintenance needs.”

“Lived here 5 months during an internship. They had a nice policy for short-term leasing and I was never at any point hit with any unfair/unexpected charges. Any issues or maintenance requests were resolved quickly (within a day) and all personnel I interacted with were kind and professional. Not 5 stars because the unit I was in wasn't in perfect condition, but the staff truly are great.”

“I met with Stacie to tour a 2 bedroom apartment. She was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions! The apartment that we saw was beautifully renovated with new cabinets, appliances and flooring. The landscaping is well maintained and you can tell they really care about the building.”
