“I have lived here for two years now and I am about to renew again. They are the best. The management is fantastic and truly cares about you as a tenant. Ashley and Jennifer care about ensuring you are happy living here. If there are ever any issues with the apartment (which are little to none and I have lived in two different apartments here) they will be quick to ensure that it gets fixed and remain in communication with you the whole time. Prices are about as good as they get here and you feel safe in the area. I looked at numerous other places within 15 miles of here, but none of them compare. I would recommend this place to anyone!!!”

“David, a maintenance tech, was so helpful and kind! He called before to check if I was home and then knocked as well so he didn’t scare me by just walking in! He answered my request within 5 minutes of me placing it despite it being 4:45 when he could have just ignored it and gone home for the day! He was very polite, professional, and efficient! I couldn’t thank him enough for his help! Thanks David for all your hard work, I hope your supervisor sees this and gives you a raise because you deserve it!”

“Very nice community to live in. It is well maintained and pet friendly. Apartments are decent with many desirable features. Location is excellent. Stores are close by and so is the Chester Valley Trail. Maintenance techs are friendly, professional and promptly get the job done. The leasing employees are always helpful and welcoming. If you should be lucky enough to have neighbors (above or below you) that are in the same stage of life as you are, then living here can be a WONDERFUL experience!”
