“Introduction:This was my first time and my boyfriend has been at Carl Venezia Fresh Meats a couple of times.Experience:Absolutely wonderful!Welcome:Vinny waited on us and he gave us the BEST customer service experience that we have received (at this type of establishment) in a long time! He was kind, funny, helpful, and just a sweet person!!Ambiance:The butcher shop, refrigerators, and the meat display case were clean. The products in the refrigerator looked/were fresh. The meat in the display case looked/were fresh.Food:We purchased beef bacon (one of our favorites), ground meat and peas arancini, parmesan arancini, beef tips, and steak.Price:The quality and quantity of the food was worth the price.Will return:We will definitely return! We were very happy with the service! There is no need for us to look for another butcher shop.Stars:I give it 5 stars.Tip: Please patronize this business and support a store with great food and great customer service. “I normally don't get eat lunch during the day. But today I needed something to give me so extra fuel. I decided to grab a Caesar Salad from this place. They were nice enough to add grilled mushrooms when I asked. I really enjoyed the home made croutons that came on the salad as well. I don't think this neighborhood deli gets the credit they deserve. The menu is packed full with wonderfully deli items both hot and cold. If your looking for a great meal, skip the the grease pits and crappy corner stores. And order something from here. Truly one of the best Deli's in West Philly.”

“Excellent selection of meats that I was not able to find anywhere else in the Philadelphia region. The store is clean bright. Everything is nicely labeled and organized. Staff was super pleasant. Efficient and quick prices are incredible. It's a shame I have not visited the store earlier. I always drove by instead of coming in until I came across the website and I was searching for a specific means that we are not available anywhere else, including Whole Foods. They have a whole rabbit they have piglets, they have duck smoked duck whole duck, wings. The prices are hard to believe 1/3 of what you would pay at Whole Foods or other supermarkets. Go visit buy online, pick it up or have it delivered to you. You won't regret it.”

“I come here for the bakery! it's my best find yet! I do not like cake, but I swear these cakes are different! I ran over the other day to grab a mini cake for my bff birthday. I got the vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream and they offered to write something on it. I was in and out within 15 minutes! the price point for quality is unbeatable. I adore this little shop.”

“I came across them at the Kutztown wine fest maybe 5 years ago or more now. This is the Best jerky I have ever had and since Beef jerky is my favorite I have had many. My family and I love it. I wont spend my money on another other brand!”
