So far we have not had a good experience with this company. Every delivery there has been a problem. Customer service does not have the ability to deal with billing or delivery problems which is frustrating as well as the 20 minute or longer hold times when we call.

On a monitored plan and we are now at 0% with way below freezing temperatures. They were supposed to come out 4 days ago and never showed. Have called 5 times and they can't give us any new information. If you're a customer of theirs, switch now before they do this to you, too. What a joke.

Removed my monitor without my consent. Tank unknowingly went below 5% and are refusing to correct their mistake without outrageous fees.
Edit: No you didn’t, I’ve checked all email correspondence.
