“I have never trusted a tire shop more. First off a few years ago they helped me fix an issue related to my sensors that a few other places couldn’t resolve. Recently I thought maybe i needed tires but when I went there they told me my tires were good and only around half way done. The issue that I was seeing was an alignment issue causing edge wear. Yesterday my tire pressure was way low, they found a piece of metal. Due to its location they could only plug it from the outside. Since they couldn’t guarantee its success rate they didn’t even charge me to do that.
It’s so nice to find a good small business that actually cares about the people they are serving. When I need to replace mine I will definitely go here!”

“We have been bringing our van here for the big fixes for several years, and I recommend everyone do that. They know what they're doing and the service is excellent. The van stays fixed (until something else breaks.)
But here's an illustration of how awesome they are: For two years we've had a wasp sitting at the base of our windshield, stinger pointing out. We didn't want to risk sticking our fingers there to pull it out so we just left it. We had the van detailed twice and all those guys did was move the wasp around. Last week Wynnewood Park Service fixed our van and... they removed the wasp.”
“My battery warning light came on and was told at Autozone that my battery was good but most likely needed a new alternator. I called Jim’s and were able fit me in right away. I came first thing just before our winter vacation for them to look at it. Jim’s figured out that the connectors were loose. It was a Christmas miracle! To my surprise, within under an hour of THEIR time, they fastened it and told me that I did not even have to pay. Jim’s service and kindness, especially around this holiday season made my day. This is the kind of neighborhood shop that really gets it (unlike some of these corporate-auto-grinches minus Roxborough Autozone). I had to repay the favor by giving them a rave review. Thank you! “PA Tire and Auto is BY FAR the best place to take your car in the area. I had a nail in my tire and brought it in to them. Bram, the manager, called me almost immediately after to tell me that all four of my tires were completely dry rotted way more than he had ever seen on a new car that had less than 18k miles. He encouraged me to call the manufacturer and go through the warranty to get them replaced. Bram could have lied and told me the state of my tires was on track for the lifespan of them, and sold me 4 new tires. But he didn't do that- he was honest and transparent and told me to fight for a warranty because I deserved it. No only that- Bram spent probably a few hours on the phone with Yokohama himself when they demanded to speak to a mechanic who had seen and measured the premature rot in my tires. All the while, he knew his shop wouldn't be able to carry out the warranty themselves because they are not a dealership, which would be authorized to do warranties with this specific brand of tire. In short, he encouraged me and helped me get a warranty on my tires because it was in MY best interest to do that. It wasn't in his best interest or the shop's best interest but he did it anyway. He has integrity and an admirable work ethic. He was so patient and kind that he has won a customer for life. Thank you for everything, Bram!!!”
