“I was having problems with my email and my password and I don’t know how to pronounce his name but it’s JHERICK. He helped me a lot. I kept him on the line probably for a half an hour and he really helped me a lot. He helped me get up another password and he had me get online and pay my bill so he can see if it worked and everything was fine. He was awesome. He was very kind friendly and he was awesome.
