“Wonderful as usual! I like how the whole facility is gated and you need a passcode to get inside. The rates are much cheaper than other storage facilities too. I've unfortunately been forced to pay double the amount I pay with Self Storage Plus at another storage facility that is not gated at all, it's got both mice and spiders, and the same exact size bin. I won't mention any names, but I've been being ripped off royalty with the other storage facility! And the rate goes up all the time, too! At the time, I had no choice. I couldn't find any storage facilities that had the large size bin I needed available. 5 years later and I could have a brand new car with all the money I've paid this rip off place!!!”

Jay was able to come the same day that I had a small appliance delivered, and he unpacked It, brought it in, set it up in the space. He did not just dump it, take the money, and run. He plugged it in, showed an interest in making sure it worked, put the boxes where I wanted them. He was very nice and professional. I felt completely comfortable with him. I was very grateful they were willing to help me with a small job. I will definitely use this company again if I need transfer or moving services.”

Excellent security: bright nighttime lighting; strong chainlink, perimeter fencing; easy 24/7 access via electronic keypad. The management team are super friendly and very responsive. I've been a satisfied customer for almost ten years, and couldn't imagine going anywhere else.”
