We were unable to retrieve our fathers' possessions from his vehicle due to not being an owner. We understood this but the ladies at the main office went out of their way to help us. “The BEST! If you’re not knowledgeable about cars and are tired of getting taken advantage of, come to POPE! I had a nail in my tire and the place I originally took it to said it was impossible to patch and I had to get 4 NEW TIRES! I took it into pope to get the 4 new tires because the last place didn’t feel right and they called me and said “Um, can you help me to understand why you need 4 new tires? I mean if you really want to spend the money that’s up to you but this is just a simple patch job and would cost less than $40”. I will NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!”
