“Very impressed with their service! First, my instrument cluster issues have been a nightmare to figure out. No one could tell me exactly what was needed to fix my issue. When I found ICS & contacted them, they advised what to do to determine what needed done. Once I did, I sent my cluster to them. It was received on a Saturday and I had it back the following Tuesday! Lightning fast but most importantly it's FIXED & WORKING! ?? So thankful to have my car driveable again!”
“I’d like to start off that everyone I actually talked to on the phone were patient friendly and took their time answering all my questions. I bought a car with over 19 engine codes. Filled out the online form and typed in all the codes. I called and talked to someone I forget his name. Said they could handle this. Sent the FRM out and had it repaired and returned in 4 days total. Plugged in and it worked flawlessly. I hope to never have this issue again and if I do I will send it to them for sure. 10 stars if I could. Seriously friendly and helpful staff.”
