“The T-bone and NY Strip steaks were chewy at medium-rare. Probably won't do that again. However, the Chubs (meat logs/rolls are absolutely fantastic and some of the best sliced meat I've ever had. Certainly beyond any deli. So many flavor options/combinations! And the smoked cheeses are some of the best I have ever had! Quality beef sticks too! I'll plan on coming back!”

“Best butcher shop around. Great meats and deli. Big selections of home made and fast foods . Bring your Deer meat and have it turned into their famous smoked sweet bologna.”
