“Jonathan's is probably the best service center in Berks County the mechanics and everyone that works there are very friendly and knowledgeable I have been going there for about 6 years but new the mechanics there and the owner Jonathan I'm very pleased with them I grew up in that area and they always had the greatest reputation I don't know why it took me so long to get there I will continue to take my wife's vehicles my mother-in-law's and my three vehicles there”

They seem to know everyone that walks in the store and is they don't they treat you as if they do. If they don't have the item you want they will try to get it for you. “This review is mostly for the food preparation workers. The customer service minded folks who work in the food prep area is top notch. The other day I ordered two chicken tacos and when I checked my food in the parking lot I discovered that what I got was actually beef tacos with all sorts of messy sauce. Obviously the wrong order was given out at the counter. A simple mistake on their part. They made things right and they made the corrected order a priority and even gave me two extra tacos for my trouble. You just can't get that level of quality customer service around here any more and Rutters should be proud of their employees for doing everything they can to keep customers. I am a happy, returning customer.”

“We have been going to this pharmacy for many years. My son is a type 1 diabetic and we get a lot of scripts there monthly. Honestly, there is a closer cvs near me and I tried it- nope! The techs and pharmacists here are amazing. They are friendly and always willing to answer questions. I’m not happy the hours changed but that is not their fault and I will stay at this location because of the people that work here . I have never seen them slack to not do more work etc.”

Fill up on regular gasoline, get ethanol free gasoline for your lawn and garden tools, or buy diesel fuel and DEF. Prices are $0.03 less than advertised on the sign.Note to diesel car and pickup drivers: there are only two diesel pumps with auto-sized nozzles. Trying to use a high-speed pump on a car may result in a big mess.The entrances and exits would benefit from revamping to eliminate the nasty bump.”

“I was driving back to Reading from Lebanon when I stopped for gas on February 16. I almost always use Exxon and this place is as good as any. There is a Subway franchise located on the premises if you're hungry. Also there is free WIFI which is helpful for us Gas Buddies to report gas prices. Good prices too. As I got closer to Reading I observed that the gas prices were much higher. I will stop in again if in the area.”

“Cleanest gas station bathroom and friendliest staff!!Stopped by here a couple weeks ago while traveling through the area. My husband used the bathroom and I asked him if it was clean or not since I’ve seen son really atrocious gas station bathrooms. There was a really nice older gentleman with a big white mustache inside. The inside and outside of this gas station was really well maintained. He gave me the keys to the restroom and oh my god this was the cleanest gas station bathroom I have ever seen!! I’ve never left a review for a gas station before but I just wanted to shout this place out because the gas is inexpensive, the staff is very warm and kind as well as the spotless bathroom which I can’t stop raving about! Seriously check this place out!”

“I've posted before about Wawa, well, it is my happy place! Everything from the awesome employees,to the Super cool food selections and then the drinks! Oh wow! Those drinks! I just love everything about Wawa. Each time I go which is daily, I try something new. And I'm never disappointed. The prices for a convenient store are great. They now have 4 or 5 electric car charging stations too. And, I'm pretty sure s lot of other people feel like I do because it is ALWAYS crowded. Especially first thing in the morning”

“This was my first time at this place. My brother took me there for a quick lunch. I thought it was very clean. They had a very wide selection of drinks as well as snacks. They had pre-made subs and sandwiches for a very quick in and out experience. They also had some locally made snacks. The employees were above average in respect to helpfulness and kindness.”
