Terrible service, I came an hour before the store closed the counter was closed off. As a result, I saw a doorbell and that said ring for service heard them laugh saying “Oh come on, is it someone to help you?” They never opened the door to help me after waiting.

The mail has not been picked up or delivered for atleast 2 days and counting.

Been trying all day to get ahold of them. No one answers the phone! Someone lost my tax check n its costing me dearly in wasted time trying to figure out where it is!!!! Its their job to deliver mail, that is what they are paid to do!!!!!!
