“Their services are great.I don't know the lady's name ,but she is very kind and professional.Last time I needed to mail my documents and a return envelope so I could receive my passport as soon as possible.She helped me and remind me the tracking numbers ,told me the details patiently.I appreciate her help and I had received my documents successfully.There is another young girl who is working there.she is friendly and patient too.I like this USPS location,the parking lot is wide and clean,it's a very quiet place in our community and the store is tidy and clean,bright and their service is great.”

“Very professional and courteous staff. They are also very knowledgeable about how to mail items at the best cost. They answer questions and explain why one shipping method is better than the other. I mail a lot of packages and they are the only post office I use. They are also a model of great customer service. If they weren't so busy running a post office, they could teach some other local businesses a thing or two. 5 stars for sure!”

“Ive never had any issues with this post office besides the parking lot being a little inconvenient due to limited spots and near a busy intersection. The customer service is great though. They even honored a mistake they made and sent a hand written note in the mail to me apologizing and fixed the error.”

“I stopped in this post office the week of Christmas to see if I could gather any information about my package that had supposedly traveled through this location the day prior. Heather helped me at the counter, and she was very kind in checking their system and giving me more information about my package’s travels and whereabouts. She also gave me a very clear explanation of why it got rerouted, instead of being delivered. I also received a phone call from her the following day to let me know that my package should be arriving at my local post office a couple towns over, on Christmas Eve. That follow-up phone call was very much appreciated. This package was very special to me, and the item inside was not replaceable. I was very thankful to receive such kind and helpful service in this post office. The USPS should be thankful to have an employee like Heather behind their counter.”
