“I had forgotten that with my new insurance I had 150.00 per quarter to spend on otc items at a CVS pharmacy, and I ended up going there on Easter Sunday at 8:00 in the evening. I expected to be treated poorly for my lack of consideration to the staff who were off in an hour and wanted to get home to family. I however was completely overwhelmed by the kindness, patience, friendliness, and assistance shown to me by Margorie and her coworker who went way above and beyond to help me that evening. This was the greatest customer service that I have experienced in a long time. I know that others will have the same experience as I did, based on the character of these two women. Kudos to them, and thank you for being a ray of sunshine in my dreary day.”
