However, the customer service of people at home Depot seemed to be non-existent. But when compared to very very rude I'll take it. I'd rather not be talked down to due to not being talked to at all.”

“Called to rent a truck on Sunday morning . Wes answered all our questions and confirmed he had truck available. Asked for my first name. We got there within an hour. No formal reservation. Truck was in great condition - had ~8000 miles We got a box truck to 12 feet. Had lights inside the back, a ramp, and back up camera. It comes with a hand cart. Other companies don't include hand cart. Other companies charge mileage above flat fee. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Thank you! Plus Home Depot rents other equipment.”

The two problems I had was when I purchased the washer she give my the wrong width of the washer so it made the process longer to ready the delivery due to inaccurate information. Also I never received the call in the morning of my delivery with my two hours window for my delivery which was stated at the time of purchased.”

I am so happy I agreed to her suggestion. I was indecisive and kept going back and forth about a couple of things. She patiently discussed everything with me, answered all my questions, and gave me several swatches for me to consider. She also emailed me the three different options I was considering. There was no pressure to purchase anything. Laurel was kind, patient, respectful, and an overall pleasure to work with.”

She helped me order it from the other Ferguson branch. Although it took a few days for the part to be delivered to West Chester, it’s worth the wait because the part fits my outdoor hydrant perfectly. This is a good store.”

“This week I visited the Home Depot in Wilmington to purchase a few items for a client project project that live close by After realizing that some of the materials I bought were too short, I returned to exchange them. Unfortunately, my experience at the customer service desk with Angela was one of the worst I've ever had at a Home Depot. She was very rude, unprofessional, and made me feel as though she had a personal issue with me during what should have been a simple return transaction. Thankfully, the manager, Christi, stepped in to assist. The difference in professionalism was immediately noticeable. Christi was respectful, patient, and took the time to listen while I explained the situation. Even while I was speaking with Christi, Angela continued talking from the back, interrupting and making inappropriate comments. Christi had to ask her to stop because it was disrespectful and unprofessional. Christi handled the situation with excellent customer service and completely changed what could have been a terrible experience. Because of her professionalism and willingness to help, I decided to leave a 5-star review. Otherwise, my experience with Angela alone would have deserved only 1 star. Thank you, Christi, for representing the level of customer service customers should expect from Home Depot.”

“I walked in to the Concord mall Best Buy today with the intentions of canceling my Verizon plan due to their poor customer service. Luckily For Verizon, I met their representative Elijah Donald. Elijah is the standard for professionalism that Verizon( and bestbuy) needs. Not only did he help me with my issues and concerns. He was able to hook me up with an insurance plan and a new phone that was greatly needed. Best Buy has an All-Star working there and it’s definitely him.”
