“I took an old bike I liked here. They were fantastic about discussing what I wanted to do. And what made financial sense for this old bike. Didn’t gouge me. The bike is running better than ever. Solid shop. A customer for life.”
“I didn't get the name of the guy that helped me, but whoever he was knew what he was talking and he was SUPER NICE! So thank you to him. And even the other workers there were also really nice. And even tho I got a used bike it was perfect!”
“Was just there to drop my bike off for transport to a race. Kenswick did a quick once over the bike to check it for the fundamentals- shifting, braking, trueness of the wheels. They found some issues and promptly made it a priority to get them fixed before the bike was sent to the race. They were so nice - prices reasonable - would gladly use them again.”
“I love this bike shop. I've tried out a bunch throughout Chester County and this is my favorite. They keep my bikes race ready and are always friendly and welcoming.
Huge shout out to Daryl and the mechanics.”
“Bought an old bike off FB and found it's brake pads were just terrible - worst squeal whenever you stopped. Could have tried to do the work myself to replace them, but I don't have the tools or know-how. I took it to Exton Bicycles and he got these brakes so smooth!!! I don't think I could have done anywhere near as nice a job. 🤣 They are super friendly, great service, knowledgeable, fair price, and would totally come again! (Wish I had just bought my bike from them in the first place!).”

“I had an outstanding experience at Trek Bicycle West Chester. Craig helped me pick out my new Trek Domane, and I couldn’t be happier with the bike. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me find the right bike for my needs without ever making me feel pressured to buy anything. It was one of the most relaxed and enjoyable shopping experiences I’ve had.
After owning the bike for about 24 hours, I brought it back to have a few small adjustments made. Jim took care of me right away and was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure everything was dialed in perfectly before I left. The level of customer service was outstanding.
It’s clear that everyone at Trek West Chester genuinely cares about their customers and wants them to have the best possible experience. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a new bike or excellent service. I’ll definitely be back.”
