This location is so convenient, being close to CHOP primary care and the Borough of West Chester. Pharmacy staff have always been courteous and helpful too.

Terrible customer service… there’s ten people working and they are sooooo slow. They blame everything on computer issues so maybe we shouldn’t trust CVS with our personal information bc their computers are constantly messing up. Very frustrating:(

Have found this location closed over an over before their posted closing times on more than one occasion. Would strongly recommend calling first to see if they are actually open

March 30 ordered and paid on line for pickup at Miles Rd store. Today Apr 3 received notice order had been cancelled, refund will be made. Filled out feed back form, a bit later got flash text that my purchase was at the store for me to pick up. Called store, was told it is corporate that does it, done deal. Cannot pick it up. Cancelled the end. I’ve used on line pickup/ship 2 times. This time as pickup and last time as ship. I had a couple of large heavier items then some small items. All arrived in a too big box with no packaging inside. Small items were damaged from all the tossing inside box. How disappointing the on line pickup/ship is at CVS.

First - the bad reviews on this site are about the CVS Pharmacy, not the actual Minute Clinic. Someone should fix that discrepancy. The Minute Clinic staff has been great. I have been here personally for illness, and taken my children also. The Nurse Practitioner Alyssa Micken was great. She was thorough, explained everything in an easy to understand fashion, and wasn't fast to just write a prescription for what was a viral infection, which I respect in today's RX happy world of medicine. She recommended other solutions which got me on my way to recovery. The tech that ran the tests was thorough also, and explained what she needed to do. I recommend this location.

Perhaps the worst pharmacy on the east coast. Drive thru never open. Only half fill prescriptions and you won’t find out until you go to pick up. Then they don’t want to tell you where to go to get it filled. Avoid these pharmacists at all cost if you can.

The staff is overworked. Prescriptions used to be ready in an hour after the doctor calls it in take days. The drive-thru hasn’t been opened in months.

Had been using for years. Big decline. Most recently they didn't have meds called in. They said they will have "maybe" in two days. Came back two days later. A dozen people in line with one window. Their focus is wrong.
