CVS offers a variety of health services, including COVID-19 testing and vaccinations, at select locations. The MinuteClinic at CVS has received positive feedback for its staff and services. Patients have praised Nurse Practitioner Alyssa Micken for her thoroughness and clear explanations, as well as the overall efficiency of the clinic. Many found the appointment process quick, often completing visits in about 20 minutes. However, some customers expressed frustration with the pharmacy side of the business, citing issues like long wait times and understaffing. While there have been complaints about service delays and prescription fulfillment, especially due to nationwide medication shortages, many customers noted the friendly and helpful attitude of the staff. Overall, while the MinuteClinic is highly recommended for its medical services, the pharmacy experiences mixed reviews, with an emphasis on the challenges they face in fulfilling prescriptions during a time of high demand. Customers appreciate the kindness and assistance provided by the staff, even amid difficulties.

Got my TB test here. Went back to get it checked and completed at my appointment time and the clinic was closed. Had to re-do my entire TB test AND REPAY (Cvs would not fix their mistake and comp the second test). Horrible.
