First - the bad reviews on this site are about the CVS Pharmacy, not the actual Minute Clinic. Someone should fix that discrepancy. The Minute Clinic staff has been great. I have been here personally for illness, and taken my children also. The Nurse Practitioner Alyssa Micken was great. She was thorough, explained everything in an easy to understand fashion, and wasn't fast to just write a prescription for what was a viral infection, which I respect in today's RX happy world of medicine. She recommended other solutions which got me on my way to recovery. The tech that ran the tests was thorough also, and explained what she needed to do. I recommend this location.

Worst pharmacy ever. The list of their incompetence and terrible service is too long to list here. Just stay away.

Perhaps the worst pharmacy on the east coast. Drive thru never open. Only half fill prescriptions and you won’t find out until you go to pick up. Then they don’t want to tell you where to go to get it filled. Avoid these pharmacists at all cost if you can.

I was hesitant to go to the MinuteClinic with the reviews but they had an appointment within 2 hours so I tried it. My appointment was at 2:30 and I was out by 2:50. The MA was efficient and the CRNP, Alyssa Micken, was kind and knowledgeable. She said she had started recently so hopefully the reviews will get better!

Got in line at 4:58 pm and waited for 14 minutes for a pick-up. Only to be told when I moved up after the person in front of me stepped away that they closed at 5 pm. The head pharmacist and clerk saw me standing there waiting my turn. No One said anything during this time.

I was a little surprised to see the huge amount of negative reviews for this CVS location. I can understand the frustration of long wait times or the drive-through not being open, but they are definitely understaffed right now. I switched to this pharmacy because the rite aid I used to go to was god-awful, and the people that worked there were so mean. I have been trying to get a prescription filled for over a month now, with the medication being on backorder. This issue has nothing to do with the pharmacy and everything to do with the fact that there is actually a nationwide shortage of a lot of medications currently. I have been calling weekly for a status update on my prescription, and although it has still been on backorder, they are always very kind and easy to work with. The staff here is very friendly, and I have not had any issues with them in that aspect. There are a lot of things they do not have control over, and I think people need to keep that in mind.

I arrived a little early for my COVID bivalent booster and checked in the drop off window. The employee was super efficient and instructed to wait to be called. In about 5-10 minutes the Pharmacist (Lauren) took me into shot administration and after care instructions, gave me my shot. Painless and was so gentle, caring and professional. Definitely will continue to use the CVS for all immunizations!

As others have said, the pharmacy is in complete disarray. I've gotten texts that my scrips are filled only to be told at the counter that they're not ready on multiple occasions. Last time I visited only one computer was working inside and someone was honking in the drive thru to get attention. I think corporate needs to intervene

Gave 1 star because I can't do 0. This is the worst for filling prescriptions. Going on Day 2 waiting for cough medicine. Keep telling me it's pending. Won't need it by the time it's ready. Caremark ins., must use them. Getting ready to just start paying higher and going somewhere else. HORRIBLE

The pharmacy gave me the wrong amount of continuous glucose monitors. I was supposed to receive 6–it clearly said 6 on the receipt and script—and there were only 3 in the bag. Had I not checked and advocated for myself, I would have been scammed out out 1.5 months of my cgms and lost over $100. Thankfully, the pharmacist fixed the issue when I returned, but something this simple shouldn’t have happened in the first place. If they can mess up a simple number of cgms, that makes me worried about what they could mess up with pill prescriptions when actual math is involved.

This is the worst CVS in the country. I don't get it 20 people working behind the counter and the lines are long, it takes forever before your prescription is ready and they have no F!&%#@G clue as to what they are doing.

This location has severely gone down hill. We are forced to use CVS for insurance reasons (caremark), our experience has caused us frustration getting meds filled in a timely manner, out of stock on usual medication, not running through insurance, so you get over charged, poor management of refills, I have had my lower dose meds filled, when those scripts should be deactivated when a new script for a new dose is prescribed, but this is not being done. One time I got home to find that I had the right script bag with my daughter’s name on the outside, but the bottle inside the stapled bag was someone else’s medicine. They take days to fill new requests or they don’t fill them at all and they place them on hold, since you don’t have a script number you can’t use the automated system and you sit on hold for 30 plus minutes. One time I sat on hold for 15 minutes, got in my car, drove there and went in and stood in the long line waiting to see if I would be helped at the counter or on the phone first. I plan to switch locations and hope to get better fill times and the right scripts moving forward. I truly hope they get someone in there that can manage the turn around better, I can’t image the frustration of the employees themselves.

We've been going to this CVS (760 Miles Rd)for 30 years. Ever since Covid hit this pharmacy has been getting worse and worse. Their app is always incorrect. They show a script is ready for pickup and you go and they have no script ready. They have a revolving door for employees. I kept thinking they would get better after covid but they are getting worse. The management is horrible. I'm pulling out all of my family's scripts. I just don't have hours a week dealing with their incompetence. I get a text that my prescription isn't covered, i call my insurance company and they say it is, then my AP shows I have a small copay, The next day I do to pick it up and they say it wasn't refilled. It's like this constantly. There is one good employee, Jenni, a pharmacist that was having to fill scripts and run the register because they were short staffed. They can't keep help which is usually a management problem.

Absolutely horrific business. Plan on spending at least 30 minutes in the drive-through behind two cars if you’re lucky and when you go inside there’s no sense of urgency at the pharmacy. I was even given the wrong prescriptions on one occasion.

Most disorganized pharmacy staff ever and the store needs help as well (not the store staff, who are great). Stinks my employer uses CVS as their pharmacy. Walgreens for everything else! 10 clients in line and no movement despite 5 pharmacy staff members who can’t seem to find anything.
