Garnet Ford Inc. is a Ford dealer in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania. The staff are amazing, very nice, helpful, and cordial. They provide excellent customer service, making the purchase of a new vehicle easy, fast, and stress-free. The entire process is very easy and goes smoothly. The service department is just as great, getting work done in a decent time with accurate estimates. They take extra precautions to keep vehicles clean. Technicians are thorough and exhibit a genuine interest in answering questions. Many customers are highly satisfied and recommend this dealership, with some purchasing multiple vehicles and stating they won't go anywhere else.
Always easy to get an appointment using the on-line scheduler. Work is done right the first time and car is ready when promised. I strongly recommend Garnet Ford for service.
