“I needed a vehicle to get to work while mine was in the shop. So I won't speak on selection of vehicles because it didn't matter to me. I will speak on the process. Pretty straightforward and rather easy. Most of the check in can be done online before you get there. The staff was pleasant and professional.
I would encourage customers to read the requirements to rent a vehicle. As they are different depending on debit or credit cards. Other than that, I would definitely use Enterprise again.”

“I came to John L Smith and Affordable Car Rental when my car had to go into the shop to get a new engine. I was without a car for almost a month. Right away I was welcomed in at Affordable Car rental. They were so accommodating, asked me what day I got paid and that they would withdraw the weekly Payments for the rental each week on that day. They would send me a personal phone call double check with the amount and ask if it was OK to withdraw, which for being a single mother with only one income, extremely helpful. They were very helpful with any questions I had And explained everything thoroughly. They have a customer for life.”

The personalized service I received from Tremaine was refreshing, she checked on me after the vehicle switch to ensure I was satisfied. This is a smaller location than I’m used to renting from so they don’t have as many car options, especially for customers with status. The maintenance team is quick to address requests, and it's clear they take pride in keeping the property in great shape.
