“Would highly recommend for any car needs and issues! Very honest and upfront with what your car needs and does not need. I have an Audi and was told from another shop it needed a part that would cost several hundreds of dollars. James looked at it and said there was nothing wrong with the car and saved me from having to spend all this unnecessary money. He also saved me money on my brakes as well. Will continue to have my car serviced through Edwards Auto Service. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy.”

“Please see Mike and Chet for your automotive needs if your local to this shop (or even if your aren’t, like me!). We are not from the area and had a repair emergency after 1pm on a Friday. Our roadside assistance was taking hours. Not only did Chet and Mike call their local tow truck to help get us, they help diagnose the problem over the phone to save time and obtain the possible parts needed to get us our way again.
This shop is kind, fair and honest. A unicorn in the mechanic world. I would send family here is the highest praise I could give to a shop and while I hope I never have to see them again, I’m glad to know they are there if I’m ever in this situation again.

“I can't say enough good things about this place. I brought my son's 2003 Ranger in for an inspection. I am always nervous brining an older car in and what they might find. Complete opposite experience here. It passed and I was given a run down of all the good things that this old car have that they usually see issues with. Trust is something you need to have with an auto shop, especially when you are putting you kids out on the road and they have certainly gained mine. I will be back with all my other vehicles.”

I called On Time Towing and they said they could have a driver there within 10 minutes… BOB SHOWED UP WITHIN 7 MINUTES! He was so helpful and nice!
