“This time at Bimmerworks I only needed to get an oil change, but looking at the last visit’s inspection report, I was due for a cooling system flush which I asked them to do. While I normally do a “drop off”, this time, I scheduled the work while I waited and the team did the work very timely. Their inspection noticed the beginning of a rear axle leak which they said could wait until the next visit. These types of recommendations and an honest lack of urgency of certain repairs makes Bimmerworks such a great honest place to get your BMW work done. I have an X7 coming out of Warranty and I will be bringing it to Bimmerworks this winter. Their front office staff is so nice to work with. Great work all around!”
“Came in to get my tires filled in a pinch - Wawa siphoned the air from my tires instead of filling them at the station. Staff were welcoming and filled my tires for me quickly despite me overhearing they were busy. Would reccomend going back for maintenance”

“I found my way to Mark Ranieri at Leading Edge through a referral from UDrive in West Chester. I had contacted UDrive after the purchase of a 2007 911 Turbo explaining there was a failure with the electronics tied to my Bilstein suspension. The mechanic I brought it to previously gave me the car back with the failure light still on stating you should just put the stock suspension back on. To me, this was not an acceptable answer. When I brought it out to Mark, he spent an extensive amount of time performing a very thorough diagnostic. Identified the problem, contacted the Manufacturer who then warrantied the failed item and replaced it. It is clear, Mark just gets it, he is passionate about what he does and is driven to do the best he can for his customers. That was my first experience, I have been back numerous times for scheduled visits, performance upgrades and addressing quirky items. I am sold on Mark and my experience with Leading Edge, I would refer him to anyone who wants high quality work at a fair price backed by someone who clearly loves what he does.”

I had my car towed there a couple weeks ago, it was returned a couple days later. Had the same issue. Put a sensor in, fixed it. Called them, they were extremely understanding. They gave me half my money back. Then, this week, the issue happened again. Called them, had it towed there. Took them 2 days, got me a full tank of gas, and won’t charge me until they know the issue is fixed. Really AWESOME and HONEST people. Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else around.”

“After buying a car through Carvana and having a terrible experience, we found ourselves searching for a very specific used Volkswagen. Stillman Volvo happened to have the exact vehicle we wanted, even though they were about two hours away from us.
We had previously tried working with another dealership that sold a vehicle to someone else despite us wanting to place a deposit, so we were understandably nervous about making the long drive. Stillman assured us they would hold the car until our appointment—and they did.
From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The showroom was bright, airy, and welcoming, and the woman at the front desk was incredibly friendly and relaxed. Ryan, our salesperson, had the Volkswagen freshly washed, with the keys in hand and ready for us to test-drive immediately. Everything was so prompt and organized that it genuinely blew us away.
We took the car on about a 30-minute test drive, pressed every button, tested every feature, and really took our time looking it over. The vehicle was flawless and exceeded our expectations. It had brand-new tires, a brand-new battery, was absolutely spotless, and was priced incredibly fairly. They even had bagels and other treats available while we were there!
Sitting down with Ryan afterward felt natural and completely low-pressure. The entire process was genuinely painless, and we felt comfortable from beginning to end. From the moment we walked through the door to the moment we left with the keys and title, less than three hours had passed. We were back on the road in no time.
What impressed us even more, though, was how Stillman treated us after the sale.
About a week after purchasing the vehicle, I noticed that the steering wheel moved unnaturally when I pressed the brakes while driving on the highway. I called Stillman just to ask whether there was anything they might be able to do. The manager Dan was incredibly helpful, found a mechanic close to where we live, arranged an appointment for us - they took care of everything without hesitation. That kind of service is practically unheard of when buying a used car!
Stillman Volvo is running an amazing business and truly cares about its customers - not only while they are purchasing a vehicle, but afterward as well. My partner and I will recommend them without hesitation, and because of this experience, we would even consider purchasing a Volvo from them in the future.

When I dumbfoundedly asked how, he said he was trying to retire early, so he figured he would charge everyone $10,000 ??). He even offered to drop my car off because he was going that way anyways, which was awesome cause I have 2 young kids and didn't have to deal with switching carseats.
