“My family and I have been using Bill for upwards of 15 years. You are not going to find a nicer person to work on your cars, and Bill is incredibly patient and skilled, and is fair with his pricing. I wouldn’t send my friends or family to anyone else.”
“If I could give 20 stars I would. Front desk was AMAZING. He was so knowledgeable and kind. Promised it would be done and it was. Great service all the way around”
“The Malvern store jumped right in for me when I had tough spot with Tires on a new purchase of a used Vehicle on a crappy rainy day.
Store was clean, bathroom clean, staff VERY HELPFUL, Professional, and helped time pass.
They were honest and helped guide me on what I should do next with my Truck.
Big Thanks to the Malvern Team on 8/27/26
Thank You”

“This shop and the mechanic (sorry I forgot to ask his name) are extraordinary (I mean it). First of all, they are very busy, with a lot of customers. That says something. I went there to replace a leaky tire. The mechanic does not behave like other staff in other shop - he waved me to go to him to quickly explain my need (as I said, they are very busy!). Before this shop, 2 other shops had told me that the leak was unfixable so a new tire was needed, and they did not have the new tire (a scenario sounds familiar to many in many such shops). At this shop, the mechanic did a quick check, told me that it's fixable, and took less than 5 minutes to put a plug into the leak, and sent me to leave without paying any. What?! Can you believe it? For many years I have been used to being overcharged by mechanic shops for repairs or oil changes that I don't trust, but this one... Wow.
Initially I ddin't believe such a simple fix would work, but after few weeks we have driven the car on highway for many hundreds of miles now.
This shop and the mechanic are really extraordinary.”
