I'm writing this on suspicion of mail theft. I just made a report to USPSIS so they'll be investigating this. I had a debit card mailed out to me July 9th and I still haven't received it. I called the company they provided me with a tracking number. I also have informed delivery and I seen a letter coming Wednesday but with no image which is unusual. I called the company today to inquire about it since it's still not in my possession. They said it was marked delivered July 23rd. I don't know if it was this USPS office or not but someone along the way took my card and marked it delivered. You need to screen your mail carriers better.

This place is always a miserable experience. I waited forever in line, and then they wouldn't let me send a package that I used a box that said priority mail on it and I am using Ground Advantage to ship it (says RIGHT ON THE LABEL). Even if I cross off any indication of it. It is the closest USPS location to me, but I am going to start driving to the ones that are 10-15 minutes further just to avoid this place.

My apartment complex is serviced by this post office and it’s the worst. I constantly have packages/letters go missing. They mark them as delivered and then they aren’t. I swear the carrier is stealing them because it’s only things of value like video games, etc. Don’t even bother scheduling a package pick up, they won’t show.

The workers here play games with your mail. They mark packages as delivered without attempting to deliver it. I was missing several pieces of mail such as credit cards and bills and they showed up more than two months later bundled up and wrinkled like they had been shoved away and hidden. The mail must just pile up over there. I dread having anything shipped to my house using USPS. I filed online about missing a missing package once, and they actually called and left a message. The person on the phone was intentionally whispering and trying to make themself unintelligible. I managed to make out the call back number and their voicemail box is of course full. It’s very sad because this is a necessary service. For profit delivery services will be even more expensive to use if USPS shuts down, and some rural residences will have no access to mail service at all. We have to fix our post offices. Starting with West Chester because it is unbelievably bad.

This place is an actual joke. I hope they go bankrupt again. I gave them a package on Monday and in four days. It finally got to Philadelphia was supposed to be delivered to Texas on Wednesday with priority mail, once Amazon starts offering person To person delivery it’s a wrap. I hope this place goes out business as well as the rest of USPS I hope the taxpayers don’t have to bail your losers Out again

Most nobody reviews a post office unless they have an awful experience. This is indeed a post office, nothing more, nothing less

Never trust their schedules, it will most likely be closed in the middle of the day. Also, They should have a drop off bin for paid and labeled packages that would make everything faster and easier for everyone!

This post office is severely understaffed. There is never less than a 15-30 minute wait in line, no matter what time of day you visit.

The absolute worst post office ever. This is same as government.terrible. Waste people's time. They take break for 2 hours and 1 person for 30 customers. Absolutely a disgrace

One of the slowest USPS centers in the area. Never more than one person working the counter. Expect at least a 10-15min wait.

Every time I come to this location (if I can find parking), the staff is extremely slow or miserable (or both). If Lori is working, then just head to the location on Airport Road.... dealing with her is not worth the trouble! I was the only one in the location and she did not bother to assist me until she felt like it. She also denied me service because one of my labels on one of my packages wasn't blacked out enough (even though it matched the photos, I will include a photo for reference). When I told her that's fine, I have other packages... she rolled her eyes, groaned, and ranted how I was a liar that a location would ever accept my package as such. I run my business through USPS, looks like I will be making a switch if they continue to hire people as miserable and pathetic as Lori ❤️

This is the worst USPS in the area I’ve seen. They only have one window. Then they have to reboot the computer and says that will take 10 minutes. There’s always a long line. You would be better off driving to the Downingtown Post Office. You could be there and back before you’d get to the window at WC.
