“Excellent experience purchasing a Used Mercedes-Benz. I was able to deal directly with the owner of the Dealership and he was very kind and accommodating and professional. During the test drive I noticed a slight noise coming from a suspension component on the driver side. He said that he would evaluate the vehicle himself and give me a call as soon as the issue was resolved. He called me within 4 hours and stated that he replaced the sway bar end link and that the car was good to go. Sure enough, all was perfect with the repair and we finalized the sale. Pricing was fair, service was timely and professional, the purchasing process was very smooth and I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a used car.”
“Long story short, our car broke down 10 miles from this place while on a road trip to Hershey. Had it towed here because it was close to our hotel and just prayed it would work out as it was after hours. They were down a guy due to a vacation and busy with other appointments and STILL took the time to look at it and got it diagnosed and fixed that day! We even had them fix an unrelated problem we’d been dealing with for months and they were willing and able! They knew our hands were tied as we needed it fixed ASAP and had no other options and yet they did not gouge us on the price. They were very honest and trustworthy. Our car is running great and we seriously could not be happier with the experience we had at Keller’s. Don’t let the name fool you. They are not just a service station. They are an auto mechanic and can definitely handle your auto repairs. I want to highly recommend them to anyone! But I especially want those passing through town to know this place would be a great choice for your vehicle repair needs!”

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND- GREAT CUSTOMER SERIVCE, FAST RESPONSE, FANTASTIC JOB! Called after 10:30/11PM Friday evening, came out to my car with a flat tire. roadside tech arrived in about 30mins. Didn't take long at all to resolve the flat and put a patch in my tire. Back on the road in no time! Please give this guy a call if your having issues, he is a life savior!”

Previously, had a subpar garage not in Harrisburg to work on my Jeep before, left things go I asked them to fix, bad communication etc. Now my battery kept dying, so I call Harkins, they got me in as I told them I needed my car for the weekend. They open at 8AM, by 10AM the next day they not only had full diagnosis but also EXACT ESTIMATE. Picked it up the next day and everything now working great.
