“Love this petsmart the employees are always super sweet. Only issue is that the fish frequently have ick. Bought 3 guppies last week, the ick showed up a few days later. Sure enough I went back to petsmart for something else and checked the guppies in the tank I got them from and many of the fish in the tank had ick. Again love the store, but definitely quarantine any fish you buy for a few days.”

“There are so many dogs that need homes. I saw the place was clean but small and I felt by watching the people there that they truly care for and take care of the dogs in their care. I was unable to adopt because the 3 I was interested in could not be housed with cats. I rescued a cat 2 yrs ago so it wouldn't work out for me.”
“This is absolutely my favorite place to go in the mall. The staff is extremely nice and the puppies are very well taken care of going into the pet store is my favorite part of the week. I can’t remember their names, but there are two members of the staff with brightly colored hair that are the sweetest people I have ever met. The dogs are taking care of and so sweet they will give you all the information on the dogs, even if you were just curious. I had asked so many dumb questions and they made me feel like it was all valid I have no idea my pet stores get so much hate. I absolutely love this place”
