Also, the prices are very fair! All of the techs and the manager are very kind, friendly, and professional even when dealing with difficult customers. “I just had a mobile visit to fix a recall. He was exactly on time. How often does that happen? The technician’s name is Velez, Fernandez and he was awesome!! He was so polite and finished in just a few minutes. How often can anyone say they’ve had such positive experiences with a car dealership? “I called Peter after reading another reviewer who was buying a car from out of town. I was also coming from out of state to buy a reconstructed car. I needed a local mechanic to go over the car for me before I drove 3 hours to buy it. In this case, I arranged for Peter to help the seller by performing the enhanced inspection for him (since it was still salvage). Then while he had the car I had him go over additional items and test drive it for me. Peter was awesome! Called me several times to see specifically what I wanted him to check and then reported what he found. He texted me pictures of the repaired areas as well. His receptionists were very knowledgeable too and assisted along the way. His price was very reasonable, and in the end it worked out for me to make the trip to buy the car after the rebuilt title came back. The seller and I met at his shop and he showed me in person some of the things he found earlier. His office did the title paperwork and transit tag for me as well and notorized my bill of sale. Great service, honest evaluation and very good price. Thank you Peter for your help!”
“UPDATE!!! My first review was one where I had not had the total picture of what was going on behind the scenes. This is a lesson to me, never judge a book by its cover. I later learn that this Family had suffered a great loss and was doing it’s best to rebound as a family and a business. My condolences to this Family, and under the circumstances just being open to take my call was more than should’ve been expected. I am quite certain in time this family will be back to top level Customer Service that they have been known for. I pray for you and your family that you will be strengthened during this time. “I had a fantastic experience with BMW of Reading. My BMW client advisor, Vlad Sarlat, was the most professional, dedicated and enthusiastic advisor I have ever worked with. From the moment we made contact I knew that he would take care of my needs and get me into the vehicle I was after. From coming in on his days off and answering the many questions thrown his way, he helped to reassure me and make the process seamless.
As an out of state buyer he helped to complete my trade-in and purchase of a vehicle without a hitch. The numbers we spoke about were what was on the final documents, and am extremely happy with that. Vlad has the same passion as I do for BMW and he was almost more enthusiastic about my new car than me!
The finance team was also great and made the signing process easy and efficient. All questions were answered and the process was completed in no time at all.

“This repair shop is unlike any that I have ever experienced. We travel 5 months a year, much of the time driving. Passing through Reading, my old home town, it was time for an oil change. Our Honda CRV has 62 thousand miles and also in need for a thorough checkup and this is exactly what they offered. They found a number of issues and promptly took of them. My car had been stalled in my garage for a week I had a battery & alternator issue. I called & spoke with Geo & to my surprise he was at my garage within 25 mins. He assisted me to get my car over to his shop. He replaced my alternator, belts & checked my battery.
He got my car up and running at a fair price thanks Geo & crew! The customer service was amazing they're respectful & and knowledgeable about other services your car may need as well.
