“My neighbor referred me to J&F. My car had been stalled in my garage for a week I had a battery & alternator issue. I called & spoke with Geo & to my surprise he was at my garage within 25 mins. He assisted me to get my car over to his shop. He replaced my alternator, belts & checked my battery. He got my car up and running at a fair price thanks Geo & crew! The customer service was amazing they're respectful & and knowledgeable about other services your car may need as well. I will continue to use their services. I give them a thumbs up👍 and I will definitely recommend them to others!”

“Al has been taking care of my VWs for 30 years, I consider him the best mechanic around. He's honest, reliable and takes the time to explain the repairs. I highly recommend Heinrich's to anyone needing service.”

“I've been coming here over the last year and every visit is an absolute delight! The service is exceptional and I appreciate that they take the time to break down and explain everything to me. Also, the prices are very fair! All of the techs and the manager are very kind, friendly, and professional even when dealing with difficult customers. Today I watched them handle a customer who was clearly trying to cause a scene to get a discount. Despite the unreasonable and unnecessary behavior, the techs remained completely calm, polite, and professional. I was highly impressed with how they handled the situation and can say I have never met a better group of guys! I wouldn't have anyone else work on my vehicle. 10/10 will continue to be a returning loyal customer!”

“This place is the best!! I’ve had more tire issues than what might be considered normal but I was far less upset about them because of the employees at this location!”

“By far my best experience buying a car in my last 30 years of buying cars. These gentleman go above a beyond. Fair pricing and trade values, of which you don’t see in many dealerships these days. If I could give them more than 5 ⭐️ I would! If you’re in the market for a car I highly recommend Performance and their staff.”

“We’ve said it multiple times over the past five years: “We’re never taking the BMW anywhere but Dubble’s.” Time and time again they prove why. They are incredibly knowledgeable, reasonably priced, flexible, and trustworthy. Jen and Jason are definitely the best, and you can be assured you are in good hands. 5+ stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I just had a mobile visit to fix a recall. He was exactly on time. How often does that happen? The technician’s name is Velez, Fernandez and he was awesome!! He was so polite and finished in just a few minutes. How often can anyone say they’ve had such positive experiences with a car dealership? I have been a customer of Tom Masano’s since September and will continue to bring my Bronco to the dealership for everything concerning my Bronco. Keep up the great work!! You are all awesome!!”

“I am literally the Grinch of car buying. I loathe every part of it—from the endless online searching to stepping onto a car lot, to test driving and all the stress in between. I can honestly say I have never had a positive car-buying experience… until now. Matt (Matty) McDonald at Tom Masano’s Auto Park completely changed that for me. From the moment we arrived, the entire place felt welcoming, comfortable, and surprisingly fun to be in. Matt was incredibly kind, patient, and respectful, and he never once applied pressure or used any of those typical car-sales tactics. Instead, he listened, answered questions honestly, and made the whole process feel calm and manageable. Even during the worst part of buying a car—the finance side—Wally was outstanding. He was patient, transparent, and genuinely respectful, which made a usually stressful step feel straightforward and human. I drove away in my XC90 Volvo, feeling confident, excited, and thankful—something I never thought I’d say about buying a car. I’m truly grateful to Matt, Wally, and the entire Tom Masano Auto Park team. When it’s time to buy again, I won’t hesitate to come back.”

“I called Peter after reading another reviewer who was buying a car from out of town. I was also coming from out of state to buy a reconstructed car. I needed a local mechanic to go over the car for me before I drove 3 hours to buy it. In this case, I arranged for Peter to help the seller by performing the enhanced inspection for him (since it was still salvage). Then while he had the car I had him go over additional items and test drive it for me. Peter was awesome! Called me several times to see specifically what I wanted him to check and then reported what he found. He texted me pictures of the repaired areas as well. His receptionists were very knowledgeable too and assisted along the way. His price was very reasonable, and in the end it worked out for me to make the trip to buy the car after the rebuilt title came back. The seller and I met at his shop and he showed me in person some of the things he found earlier. His office did the title paperwork and transit tag for me as well and notorized my bill of sale. Great service, honest evaluation and very good price. Thank you Peter for your help!”

“UPDATE!!! My first review was one where I had not had the total picture of what was going on behind the scenes. This is a lesson to me, never judge a book by its cover. I later learn that this Family had suffered a great loss and was doing it’s best to rebound as a family and a business. My condolences to this Family, and under the circumstances just being open to take my call was more than should’ve been expected. I am quite certain in time this family will be back to top level Customer Service that they have been known for. I pray for you and your family that you will be strengthened during this time. God bless !”

“I had a fantastic experience with BMW of Reading. My BMW client advisor, Vlad Sarlat, was the most professional, dedicated and enthusiastic advisor I have ever worked with. From the moment we made contact I knew that he would take care of my needs and get me into the vehicle I was after. From coming in on his days off and answering the many questions thrown his way, he helped to reassure me and make the process seamless. As an out of state buyer he helped to complete my trade-in and purchase of a vehicle without a hitch. The numbers we spoke about were what was on the final documents, and am extremely happy with that. Vlad has the same passion as I do for BMW and he was almost more enthusiastic about my new car than me! The finance team was also great and made the signing process easy and efficient. All questions were answered and the process was completed in no time at all. After going through this experience I wouldn't purchase a BMW anywhere else. Thanks again to Vlad and the entire team for helping to make this possible!”

“This repair shop is unlike any that I have ever experienced. We travel 5 months a year, much of the time driving. Passing through Reading, my old home town, it was time for an oil change. Our Honda CRV has 62 thousand miles and also in need for a thorough checkup and this is exactly what they offered. They found a number of issues and promptly took of them. The employees, their communication, their efficiency and organization are exceptional. I found the whole experience a pleasure.”

“The owners, Bob & Alexa, are business owners you can trust to be fair, honest, informative, diligent in their work ethic and trustworthy to leave your vehicle with them to repair what's wrong with it. I know firsthand, how well of them I speak because I've gone there since they opened and have always been very satisfied with having my automotive needs met by them. If you have an automotive problem, give them a call and see for yourself that they are as I described.”

“All people at this business were very friendly. Was told elsewhere I needed a new altenator, new battery and battery cables cleaned. Was quoted a ridiculous price well over 1500. Pulled my car out of there and brought to Lee Myles. They diagnosed that only a battery was needed. They put in a new battery and everything is running fine. They saved me over a thousand dollars . Thank you guys. Will definately be using them in the future.”
