“Love this credit union. My husband and I are members we have never been disappointed in the services or the staff they are helpful and great. We left FNB because of the service fees and loan rates were outrageous. every bank does upgrades on their systems but it's usually for a brief period”

“Local big chain bank with a neighborly feel. Always greeted with a friendly greeting and smile. Tellers are willing to serve you in any way they can. Rarely a wait as the bank is well staffed by experienced tellers. ATM has never been "down" in the 13 yrs I've been banking here. I wouldn't bank any place else. You feel safeat this institution, backed by a huge corporation.”

“I love WesBanco but I do not care for the women at the New Castle branch. They said they didn't know me and were rude to me and made me sit and wait when I did not have to I have been coming there for a year-and-a-half but yet they said they didn't know me. I will not go in that Branch again ever”

“I stopped in to cash a check. I was warmly greeted by 2 of the tellers. The service was fast and the staff was not only knowledgeable, but also friendly and called me by name. They have lots of free parking and 2 drive through windows, plus an ATM drive through lane. They stay on top of things, especially now that the First Merit customers have all moved to Huntington Bank.”
“Yesterday at around 2:15pm I went through the drive thru with my 2 granddaughters in the backseat. The young lady (didn’t get her name) was so sweet and made sure everything was right before she turned off her microphone. In this time when everyone is on a short fuse she made the 3 of us laugh. “This bank has been the best and most reliable for the years I've used it, however I had to remove a star for the new operating system as a whole. This was not a good switch, I have tried for several days now to simply call my bank and cannot get through to anyone. I remain on hold for up to an hour before giving up. Please fix your system or revert... It does not make me comfortable knowing I can't get through to anyone.”
