They have lots of free parking and 2 drive through windows, plus an ATM drive through lane. They stay on top of things, especially now that the First Merit customers have all moved to Huntington Bank.”
“Yesterday at around 2:15pm I went through the drive thru with my 2 granddaughters in the backseat. The young lady (didn’t get her name) was so sweet and made sure everything was right before she turned off her microphone. In this time when everyone is on a short fuse she made the 3 of us laugh. “This bank has been the best and most reliable for the years I've used it, however I had to remove a star for the new operating system as a whole. This was not a good switch, I have tried for several days now to simply call my bank and cannot get through to anyone. I remain on hold for up to an hour before giving up. Please fix your system or revert... It does not make me comfortable knowing I can't get through to anyone.”
