We called ahead and ordered 2 pieces of aluminum fascia and told them that we might get there 2 minutes after closing. We got there 2 minutes after closing and they waited for us and sold us the fascia. Kudos for staying a couple minutes late to take care of customers.

They didn’t have what I wanted within my timeframe, but I got to see employee Nate deliver some really excellent customer service to a different customer on the phone. His communication skills are remarkable and commendable.
