Horrible customer service! Wasn't acknowledged when entered. Stood around while only one associate attended to a customer. I finally asked a couple sitting at a table dejected were they also waiting. The gentleman told me yes for an hour & a half! I just walked out. If I don't recieve my upgrade it might be time to switch providers.

Awful customer service nothing but lies to get you to buy. Then the bill says different. Was also supposed to have wifi for home switched come to find out the girl never ordered it and said it was included in the price. I would never recommend AT&T.

Came to pay my bill at 6:53pm and the doors were locked and the employees wouldn't let me in to pay my bill. I'm sorry you close at 7pm not when you want feel like to.

The gentleman at the west Mifflin AT&T store showed me everything I needed to know about my google Drive and patiently showed me how to do it in the future. I thank him for this computer lesson. And I have been here several times in the past. Great service.

We had the best experience in your store today with Kenzi and the SM. We had been into 2 other local ATT stores and we were treated with rude employees that did not answer our questions. From the minute we walked into this location it was a totally different experience!!! We were greeted with honesty and our needs were quickly met and all details of our bill, service and new phone were explained in great detail to us! Would recommend this location to all especially over Watetfront and South Hills village locations.

The store in west mifflin is amazing. Saved us a ton of money, very knowledgeable and phenomenal to work with. I will only go see Erica or Asthon.

The best customer service i have ever received at any att store! I had a huge issue going in and customer service was hard to deal with. Everyone at this store was so friendly and they helped me fix my issue fast. Ashton was great and set everything up for me and the new manager Erica helped explain everything during the process and answer all of my question including a break down of my bill, and even saved me money! This place is awesome i highly recommend going here.

Went in Today and even though we were completely lost on what we needed we walked about taken care of and happy. Employees were knowledgeable and manager was awesome explaining everything to us. Even dealt with 2 kids going crazy hahaha.. thanks guys

Don’t go this store unless you want to spend countless hours fixing the damage they do. Added a line and had to return and it was an absolute nightmare. They screwed up other lines on my account, never put the phone back in the system when they said they did. Had to go back up to the store multiple times asking for proof of my return which they couldn’t provide. The manager will avoid you at all costs and is always “busy” or “in a meeting”. Had to call customer service multiple times, spend hours on the phone trying to fix their mistakes. Do not waste your time here.
