Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had at a phone store. Went in to upgrade and add a line to my account. Ended up with more than I expected with holiday promos going on and helpful staff to find a plan best suited towards me. Also very friendly and polite which makes for an easier time while waiting for phones to transfer information. Also my sales person for the day was Lennon and couldn’t be happier with his attention to detail and attitude!

Numbers are all over the place for rates.Spoke to 6 people, 6 different answers.Bait and switch pricing.Of all the carriers I have dealt with, the worst customer service experience hands down.Yup, that's you, Raymond.

We had a broken phone, Manager Ray seemed happy to help over the phone and told me to hurry in. About 45 min later he called me back asking me if I was still coming. I arrived shortly after. My phone was broke and I was not happy with the news he provided me (incorrect). He told me I had to pay my phone off and buy a new one on a new contract. He and his coworker whispered something and they both began to laugh. It was very unprofessional; I was obviously not happy I was told I had to spend 1500$, and here he is laughing in my face. He insisted this is the only way to resolve my issue, and reassured me that he was the manager and no one knows better than him. So I decided to go to another AT&T. The other AT&T said buy another phone elsewhere and comeback and we will change the imei; it worked and only cost me 600$. Thanks Ray for the solid accurate information.

Don’t go here… they wouldn’t make a change on the account even though I’m an authorized user and had my license. Go to the Brentwood store so much better. Bunch of clowns in west Mifflin store.

Bought a new iPhone 15 from Lennon. He was great very helpful and quick. Lennon was friendly and had great customer service. I Will definitely be going back to Lennon if I ever need anything in the future.

The worst customer service I have ever seen. They open at 11a.m. and when I walked into the building they looked at me like I was bothering them.. They don’t even know what a Go Phone or Pre Paid phone is..( I had to ask them if they knew).. They were Clueless, unprofessional team members. I ended up at Best Buy and purchased a new phone and there customer service was outstanding.. The workers at AT&T need to learn customer service skills and also manners..

Best AT&T Store experience ever. Wait time wasn’t long and Devon was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and did wonders to correct a mistake and work my bill down. Would definitely recommend using this store.
