Friendly, knowledgeable staff and reliable service are a few of the reasons I keep going back to C3 year after year to take care of all our family’s needs. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to maintain or repair my vehicles.

I will NEVER take my car back here. You told me I needed a new engine that it would be $10k+ to fix just to try to get me to buy a new one. I brought it in running, you all did something to it that it wouldn't even start when I came to pick it up. I took it somewhere else and IT IS RUNNING JUST FINE. What did you do to my car in the first place? SHADY and I will tell everyone that will listen just how shady this place is.

Had my inspection, oil change and tires rotated all in an hour. We could not locate our registration for truck and the dealership helped print out new one, we thought that we had to schedule for another day. We arrived early and the took us when we arrived. They even gave us a ride to store while we waited. Thanks for all your help!! Great customer experience!

The staff, especially Natasha, was very courteous, informative about what I needed to pass my state inspection. I appreciate the ride to and from my home, so that I did not have to wait while my car was being repaired. Keep up the good work and I will return as usual for future car care. Thank you.

I went to Century 3 Chevrolet with major concerns about my SUV, and wasn't expecting much because my last visit didn't go so well. I was waited on by Natasha, (I hope I spelled that correctly) and she was an absolute delight. She was extremely accommodating to me even though she was handling multiple tasks, she made me feel as though I was the only customer in the building. Which completely made me feel better about going to Century 3 Chevrolet once again. Big shout out to Natasha. Thank you. Also the mechanic she introduced to me, listened to my concerns and addressed them all repairing my car at a reasonable rate. Thank you to both her and the Mechanic that took care of me and my car. After all these years still a horrible dealership. My son had what was supposed to be a free oil change through GM. After done they charged him $70. After he got upset and nasty which should be expected after being ripped off they wouldn't give him his truck keys back. We have bought 5 new chevys trucks in the past 6 years and this is exactly why we won't even price anything out there even though we live and work within a few miles. The parts department was extremely unfriendly when I attempted to get parts there about 6 months ago. We should have know better. Guess we will see the typical response to call the manager this is not the norm. Apparently it is.

This dealership sold me a lemon ( a very expensive one). I chose not to purse anything after my mechanic found duck tape holding parts of the engine together and chalked it up as a loss. The only thing I asked from the company was to remove me from their mailing list (because I'm not stupid enough to go back to a place that ripped me off). They won't take me off their mailing list. I've called, left messages (voicemail and through their site), spoken with different reps/managers. Yet they continue to send mail again and again about a car I didn't have more for than 90 days.

Took my car for a break inspection to see why it was squeaking, they stated it’ll be 40 dollars a fee for looking at it. They came back and said I needed brakes and rotors and it’ll cost $700! Well I see I’m not the only one they tried to scam lol turns out I didn’t even need either of them both rotors didn’t have a scratch on them! The brakes were maybe half gone! She said she would put in a coupon if I got them done so I said no that’s too high I’ll go somewhere else! She rang me up for an oil change and 40 dollar inspection; why wouldn’t she give me a coupon for that also?? Anyways I pulled out an online coupon for a free brake inspection she looked so disappointed!! Something is not right with this place they definitely try a to take advantage of people!!! Stay far away from this place!!!! I wish I would’ve never bought my car from here!!!

We keep telling them that we lose air pressure in our tires even after getting new ones! Now we were just there all day yesterday, and today my husband checked and where he wants 35, we were down to 19 on our right front tire again! Everytime we go there anymore for service, we get home and have another problem! They also forgot to adjust the signal telling us how much oil we have so my husband called and they said to stop back in and they will take care of it. I am sorry, but you used to be so dependable when you had good people like Dave Fisher but now, I must say things are not going as well! We have never had our Impala serviced by anyone but you, our Dealer in West Mifflin, but we are losing confidence!

Engine light was on. They checked it on the computer it was the Thermostat the electrical part. Fixed it. Inspected my car.. Ordered a new Key Fob for me. Dog chewed mine up. The service was great. But it took a long time for it to get done. I had to wait for my car. I got there around 8:30 am and left between 3:30 and 4:00 pm. I’d rather it take a little long to do the job correctly then rush and screw it all up. Everyone there is very professional.

My experience with century three Chevrolet service department was great call I gave them my information. My car was towed to them the service rep. Erin was kind courteous looked up my warranty information took care of everything delivered my car back the next day.

2016 EquinoxTowed in, water pump failureGreeted, assessed, presented estimated price. Work completed in a timely fashion and a bit cheaper than quote.Upon trying to pay with a check, notified they don’t accept checks any longer. Probably should have given me this information when you called to let me know it was ready. Clerk said information was posted? Oh well, I didn’t see it. Eventually accommodations were made.Car runs; it’s no longer screaming warnings at me. Repairs completed within 24 hours as promised
