Read about the woman with cerebral palsy that you all refused to wait on when I saw that story on Facebook. I couldn’t believe someone would turn someone away because of a disability. I wish I could rate you less than one score you should be ashamed of yourselves I shared it, and I asked everybody on my Facebook page to share it as well.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went in with a clear picture of what I wanted—simple almond-shaped nails with a specific design. Not only did the shape come out completely wrong (not even close to almond), but the design looked NOTHING like what I showed her. It was sloppy, rushed, and looked like a beginner did it with no attention to detail.
She cut me during the process, and she completely brushed it off like it was normal. Then to make things worse, she upcharged me for no reason—clearly taking advantage of me because I’m young. She even added her own tip without asking, which is shady and incredibly unprofessional.
The total came to $72 for a set of nails that looked NOTHING like what I asked for. When I went back to ask for a partial refund or to have them fixed, the best she could offer was $10 back. Ten dollars for a $72 disaster? Insulting.
She was rude, dismissive, and took advantage of my age and inexperience. This was one of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had—do not go here unless you want to be overcharged and leave with nails you hate. I left feeling ripped off, disrespected, and completely unsatisfied.

Just got my nails done and I hate them they look like teeth on my fingers she also didn’t care about her work I asked for pink she gave me a glitter pink that I didn’t ask her some of them aren’t perfect shape either and the nail I asked her to fix is still crooked highly upset

Used to love going here for everything (mani, pedi, wax). Past 2 times I have just wanted to get my eye brows waxed and was turned away both times. First time they were packed so it was understandable. This time they were completely empty not a single person there and supposedly they don't close until 8 so it's not like it was too close to that. It seems like they only want business if you are coming in to get the works, which I used to do frequently. I know losing my business will be no skin off their teeth but I will be looking for someone else who will appreciate whatever business I give them big or small.

Had a gel mani and regular polish pedi. Reasonable prices. But the gel is lifting on my finger nails and it has not been a week.

I used to go to this salon regularly before covid and it was amazing they went above and beyond for me. It's since fallen way down hill. I waited while the employee played on his phone for 10 minutes and had to interrupt him in order for him to even acknowledge me. I only have 1 hand the girls always have given me a discounted price because of this. He gave me $10 off. I shouldve known right then and there it wasn't going to go the way I wanted it to. He never cleaned up my cuticles, he chose tips that were entirely too small for my actual nails so it showed on the sides, and left a significant gap between the nail and my cuticles. Not only this but he filed my middle finger almost to a coffin shape when I wanted square. 2 days went by and there was gapping between my physical nail and the gel nail. All of this is inexcusable. I won't be returning again and wouldn't recommend seeing the guy missing 2 front teeth.

I've never had a problem and always get compliments on my nails ( polish ,design and dots).My tech is very friendly and accommodating. Been going there for 10+ years.

I have been going there for at least10 years. I tip well so I get good service. The manager Julie is alway on the phone, which I think is rude. All the other girls barely speak English so they are quiet. All in all its a good place.Service: Pedicure
