Useless if you are having Kia warranty work done. I was on a waiting list for 2 weeks. The day after I got my car back, they called and said they had a vehicle ready.

Horrible service. Still waiting on our rental- and who knows what condition it’s in? Tell me- what is the point of scheduling a rental car over a week in advance if we have to wait over half an hour past the appointment time at the body shop? Definitely do not recommend using this service. Use something else if you can. The shop is less than a mile away- this is absurd. We would’ve been better off walking there.

Had a small issue originally with our rental, but the manager (Billy) and assistant manager (Gage) went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Highly recommend renting from this location.

I reserved a luxury car. Both the homestead location and Pleasant Hills locations are telling me they don't have luxury cars and that I would need to go to the airport to get one. If Enterprise brings you a car, why would I need to be inconvenienced with driving an hour and 15 minutes to the airport to get what I want from them? I'm waiting for corporate to call me back now. We'll see how this goes. By the way, I have been renting from them for several years. 5/28/24 I returned to this post because I wanted to make sure that I updated it. I Road past this rental car place the day before my reservation and noted a 2023 Audi in the parking lot. I went into the building to talk to the person inside about my rental reservation tomorrow and he was able to hold the car for my reservation the next day! So this reservation was made right. This was important to me.

Staff was efficient, professional and courteous. I rented a vehicle while my vehicle was in the body shop. They had a 2024 Ford Edge (loaded). I was able to leave the vehicle at 1 Stop Collision Care when I picked up my vehicle and arrangements were made to have Enterprise representatives pick it up.

I like the fact that They drop the rental off at the repair shop and pick it up at the repair shop when you get your own car back
