Just dropped off a package, pre-labeled and sealed. Gentleman by the name of Kris assisted me in acquiring a receipt and went above and beyond to ensure I have a stronger level of expertise when evaluating how much packing a box needs when it is shipped to properly protect the contents there in. Sometimes you’re lucky to get a glance from employees let alone courteous service. Kris not only acknowledged and assisted me with my expressed needs, he also educated me to better my future experiences!

First bad experience here. I was trying to ship a tech item back with a in-active battery and instead of clearly explaining what I needed to do, the representative just kept repeating “call customer support.” I’ve never had issues like this before when returning tech from this location.

Very slow to get email I sent in store to print label lots of employees trying to help. However the technology must be as outdated as their clocks which on 3/11/25 still have the fall back time not updated. 10 minutes and still waiting for them to get my email

This place is the best. I have a niche use case: printing large, durable images for table top RPG maps. I came in, my design loaded on a flash drive, and they were able to get me a 27x48 inch high quality print on display stock in less than an hour and for under $100. The staff were all friendly, and I was especially impressed by the gentleman sporting the silver ponytail, who had a great command of the print products and knew exactly how to get what I wanted. I've had more than one such experience with them over several years and highly recommend them.

You have to pay for service. Cost $3 for representation to help. Seems like they get paid commission to assist.

Very poor customer service from the young girl working at the desk. She was very rude when I went to drop my box off. Her first response with a cocky attitude was “what’s this” i responded with “a box” then she continued to rudely ask me what was in it and said “well we can’t ship this” even though it had a printer fedex label on it. Another lady came over and nicely explained why it couldn’t be shipped. The original girl didn’t even know why it couldn’t be shipped. I contacted the manager and he said he would take care of it. She should probably learn her job better if she’s working there.

Worst service ever. Like walking into a room of robots. Girl who waited on me very unhappy and rude. Had a big package in car to ship and I’m now off to post office. FedEX will never get my business again.

Ehh. I guess if you need copies or need to send out something for FedEx. Definitely did not like that I had to step to three counters to take care of my business and enter my card and at each counter. Definitely didn’t like that the sales person helping me was chitchatting with her coworker while working with me.
