Water and/or contamination in the gas! I went to get gas & noticed the pump running 10x slower than usual. So i figured their underground tank was empty or pumping garbage. I only got 1.6 gallons. Within 20 minutes i noticed off idle stumble & surging. Just not running right. Took out the data logger -15% LEAN with my foot on the gas pedal. So the gas probabaly is close to 10% water by weight! They will be refunding me. Check engine light came on too!

The carwash is ALWAYS broke. I pay around 37.00 a month for the monthly carwash club and hardly able to ever use it because the carwash is out of order more than it's working. Replace it with a new carwash. This is ridiculous! I have to constantly drive to the 51 location to use their carwash and it works better anyway.

Representative gave me the incorrect information and then hung up before I could confirm. I called back to ask again and was told in a snark manner “I just told you….” When I arrived at the store, it turns out he was wrong and I wasted a trip for no reason.

Ahh. When you're looking for convience food you get just that here and high gas prices. You get subpar service bc Getgo doesn't want to pay anyone but has high pricing.

Busy, seemed low on staff, slow in the checkout line until a second cashier showed up (as the one seemed to enjoy chatting and yakking while ignoring the waiting queue). Very poor beer variety (no darks?) and stockage...same with wines.

As I was paying for my order, I had accidentally taken my card out too soon before the process was complete. This was a simple mistake; however, the cashier, Anthony (Tony), was incredibly rude to me in response to the mishap. I was actually taken aback by his incredibly unfriendly, unpleasant, unprofessional, humiliating comments. He kept repeating “ I don’t know why you took your card out. Now I have to restart the whole process. I dont know why you would do that. I can’t believe you did that. Why would you take your card out before it was done processing?” This was a completely inappropriate reaction to a mistake that was easily corrected. I honestly have never been so appalled by a service member.

I was treated with such rudeness!!! On June 2, 2021 I stopped for a a car wash...$16. I used my get go card and paid by my credit card. No receipt given and the wash was horrible!!!I stopped in to ask for receipt...couldn't get one. I also ask to speak with a Manger for 2 reasons. Wash didn't even get bird dropping off my window plus no chips. Manager would not speak with me but sent a young man out. He wouldn't even look at my car and was rude.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

4-13-2021 I went there at night for my first visit at this location. I just got gas no car wash. In and out.... Get Go gas for the past 3-4 months are a top tier gas supplier. That mean's they put extra additives in the fuel to clean the fuel injector's and valve's so that their is no carbon bullds up. Carbon and dirty infectors' on the valves lower performance and fuel economy. See toptiergas.com for further details.
