They need to start answering the phone I B know they are overwhelmed with rite aid customers cause of one of them but being on the phone for over an hr to asked a question less then 2 mins is crazy to me. I’m trying to be patient.

Horrible service rude plays games to keep you in the store longer than necessary to get you to shop. Always out of medication.
