Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania is a long-standing nonprofit thrift store and donation center providing affordable secondhand clothing, housewares, furniture, and other items. Many customers find it one of the best stores to shop, praising the incomparable variety and quality, especially for clothing and shoes. The store is noted for being very clean, well-organized, and having a nice building. However, experiences with staff are mixed. Some find the staff friendly and helpful, while others report problems. Some staff are described as immature, ignoring customers, goofing off, and providing poor service at the donation area and front. If you love thrifting and if you love up cycling, this is a great store to go to. They have so many things that I have found that I wouldn't find in the store and I just love going there and seeing what treasures I will find and upcycle or just for my home or me. I gave them five stars because this is a awesome store.

The staff is polite and efficient. Most items are in perfect condition. I was able to find clothing that fit perfectly and comfortable footwear.
