Upon visiting the tire repair shop to replace tires purchased earlier, I encountered significant issues. While the initial setup was pleasant, I discovered that upon leaving, I had inadvertently run over a nail, then i noticed my valve stem was broken and a stripped lug nut on one of my tires. This resulted in my vehicle becoming undriveable, necessitating the intervention of AAA to install a spare tire. So i went back to the shop today to get it fixed then at the end When I inquired about the pricing, Nate attempted to charge me 30 dollars
including the flat tire repair and the necessary repairs due to their negligence. This was unacceptable and prompted me to question the pricing. Nate responded aggressively, asserting that his actions were not his fault and attempting to blame AAA.
I strongly advise against using this establishment. Their unprofessional behavior and disregard for customer safety make them a dangerous and unreliable service provider.
