“I found this company on Yelp yesterday and sent an email. Within about 10 minutes, I had a response. We went back and forth a few times with me sending a few pics of the book.I met Marlin today when I took the old book in to see if he could re-bind (not sure of the exact term). Marlin took the time to explain a few options for me but in the end, my Mom, at 85 years old (who's the actual owner of the book) decided that she'd keep it the way it is. Just from the 20 minutes of so of meeting Marlin in person, there is no doubt I use H.B. South Printing. Thanks Marlin!”

“Over all 10 out of 10 experience. I called in about adding a bigger m.2 SSD to my ASUS Rog Ally Z1 Extreme and Digital Trafford helped me out no problem. Ordered the Ssdfor me so it was 100% the right one. I upgraded from a 512gb to a 2TB so decently a healthy jump. They flashed the SSD and redownloaded windows, even updated all the drivers making sure updates were all completed. It took longer than expected. But they got everything done and back to me in perfect condition. Not a single scratch scrap or stripped screw. In and out like the unit was never opened.”

“This was the easiest experience I think I ever had at a drop off postal spot. 2 guys were working and I walked in with my two kids expecting it to be a process since I didnt have packaging ready or the label attached or anything. They literally took care of everything and I was out in 2 minutes. I simply paid and they packed up the item and labeled it and within an hour maybe less i received an email about my return being completed. The man at the register was kind and approachable as well. Honestly was such a relief they were so great and helpful. I was expecting to have to do everything while trying to keep my kids occupied.”
