Do not waste your time at this location. I had an appointment, arrived on time and checked in via a link I was texted. I then received a text that I was checked in and didn’t need to do anything else to check in. There is no receptionist to talk to. I then waited 25 minutes before attempting to find my appointment at the kiosk screen, which couldn’t find my appointment. I then asked one of the nurses who came out what happened to my appointment, who then talked down to me about being late even though I was on time. Her solution was to register as a walk in and wait longer. Complete waste of my time.

I always make an appointment on the Quest app or online.Appointments go BEFORE anyone who didn't make one.

I believe the employee that worked there that day's name is Sherry. (I think)I'm notoriously afraid of getting shots or having my blood drawn. Sherry was very nice and coached me through getting 6 tubes of blood drawn quickly and almost painlessly. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I will continue to come here forever!

Staff is incredibly aggressive and verbally abusive toward patients.

They say walk in welcome. I walked in at 10:30 and needed to make an appointment? Ok so I do that it comes back for 12:40 the same day so I leave and came back at 12:25 and checked it. I seen three other people in the office with their names on the TV and all of their appointments were after mine. I sat there patiently while they came out and got those people, and finally with me, and one other lady sitting in the waiting room, someone came from the back and ask if everybody was signed in at this time I was frustrated after waiting so long and spoke up and said yes I’ve been and you have called other people in front of me. At that time, the lady decided to raise her voice and tell me. We have been out here five times looking for you, when, in fact, that was in no way even close to the truth. And then told me at that time. Oh my God oh well, come on. At that time, I decided to not allow this lady with an attitude. To stick me with a needle I decided to Cancel my appointment. And as I was walking away, I heard the lady laugh and jokingly say to her teammate. Oh well, I guess that’s one less I have to do today. Very unprofessional, very rude and inconsiderate. Obviously the people in your office are there because they are sick or need some type of medical services in for you to be so callous in uncaring in mean. Is just terrible. You should be ashamed of yourself and look for another employment

Lady was very understanding when I didn't have my order. Make sure to check if your doctor sent the order to this quest or they will give you a fax but it may take 30 min for this quest to get the order. Or simply print the order which will make the process go faster.

We get here walk inside and they’re walking out and they told me very rudely they change the time 2 years ago but yet it still says 5 o’clock on here so how do we know what time we can get our blood work done at all???????

I would recommend to make an appointment, if not you will be checked in and all the people that have appointments walk right in, in front of you and your wait time will be longer and longer on the screen. (If you arrive 10 or more minutes late for your appointment, you will have to reschedule). If you don't want to wait in their immediate waiting room area, you can go in the lobby or wait in your car. They will send a text to your phone once you are checked in, (once you do this they will tell you to wait in their waiting room area and you will not need to check in again). Remember when you come here to have your ID and insurance ready since it is required for your visit and it makes the blood draw go way faster.

Hours are incorrect at this time on Google; they close at 4:30pm. I arrived at 4.I will not be returning to any Quest location if I can help it. Tired of being treated like a burden every time I step into one.

On Friday, 09/23/22, I had a simple A1c blood test. As the needle punctured my skin and into a vein, the insertion was very painful. Following the needle, the puncture point was treated and bandage applied. Usually the needle's puncture point heals very quickly and nothing is visible. As of today, 09/29/22, the area, about 1.5" diameter, remains sore and very bruised. I have had many needle insertions, but, none has been like this one. Perhaps, the phelbotomist should practice on more oranges! I will never let this individual draw blood from me again!!!! Ruth Henderson

I had a terrible experience at quest. They could not do most of the tests I needed done, didn’t understand the orders from my doctor, and then never called me back. They charged me TWO MONTHS LATER when I agreed to make the payment day of. I tried to be gracious but the delay in payment sent me over the edge. I will not be returning.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt I should this time. I had an appointment for my 2 year old son to get blood work done. I called ahead to book the appointment and make sure they were going to be okay with working with a two year old, the lady on the phone insured me they were all required to be trained in pediatric care. They were super unprofessional while drawing my sons blood. Even holding my son completely still for them the first lady drawing the blood had pulled the tube out when it wasn’t collecting blood fast enough and said “oops it just started to come out” so they had to use my sons other arm where they poked at it and conversed amongst each other on whether or not they seen a vein to go into when the lady doing it said “ I think I do” and “I’ll try to get it” as a mom whose already upset to be having to put her 2 year old through the trauma of blood work I don’t want to hear “I think” and “I’ll try” when it comes to my child’s care. It was a very upsetting experience all around and left both of my baby boys arms bruised especially since she was twisting the needle around to try to get the blood to come out faster. I will not be returning to this location and would recommend anyone who has little ones not to bring them here either.

I feel badly I can’t remember her name, but I think it was Michelle - she called me back for my blood work a few minutes after I arrived as a walk-in. I was going to have to pay out of pocket and was quoted about $500 at another Quest. Michelle took the time to investigate another option (Request a Test) and show me how to use the website. My new total was $150. Very grateful because I know she didn’t have to do that - she went above and beyond to help. Thank you!

This is my favorite location. I always get an appointment quickly and I'm in and out. The staff is great and it's conveniently located.
