Absolutely amazing manager at this location. We purchased a grill from monroeville they sold my grill and told me to go elsewhere without even an apology so they sent us to west mifflin. Honestly it was a blessing in disguise the amazing team of mangers apologized for a situation they didn’t even cause they fixed our problem with a solution and went above and beyond for my family. She even offered to go to another store to pick us one up. That’s the definition of above and beyond! This is excellent management skills you should be so proud of yourself and your team for an amazing situation! Thank you so much for your kindness

I was at the store today. Many shoppers not wearing masks even though huge banner in front of store says masks required. When I told an employee about it, he said they couldn't do anything. SHOPPERS: Please abide by store policy. If wearing a mask infringes on your freedom, choose another store where masks are optional, select curb side pick up, or have delivered to your house. So many options for you! BUSINESSES: If masks required is your policy, enforce it! Many customers go to your store because of your policy. If you wish not to enforce the policy, clearly state masks are optional so that customers who wish to shop in a safe environment can choose to shop somewhere else.

If you do not require masks worn in the store while shopping you obviously have no respect for all of your customers. My money just like other people's spends anywhere. With there being a government mandate to wear masks especially in an enclosed public place I think that you not requiring them is the height of ignorance

They didn't have what I came for. out of 12 items I needed they only had one thing and the lines were to long for one thing.

I am immunocompromised and have been trying to get by during the Covid-19 pandemic with curbside grocery pickups. But there are items that are really best purchased in bulk, and that's why we have our Sam's Club membership. I've been reading on their website about the steps they're taking to try to keep the stores well-stocked and sanitized during this time, and the aisles are wide, so today I put on both a paper and cloth mask and figured I would use the Scan & Go feature on the app to minimize contact as much as possible and get in and out of the store with a well-organized list. It was an absolute nightmare. It was a weekday and not a peak time but the store was teeming with people, many of them incredibly rude and disrespectful of social distancing space. No employees are enforcing it, there are no one-way signs on aisles to try to help with the problem, which would be extremely helpful around the produce and freezer sections which got highly congested, and people were randomly stopping in the middle of aisles to socialize, with employees working nearby and doing nothing about it. I saw two employees take off their masks to chat with one another. One customer had taken off his mask and was walking through the store talking on the phone without it. No limiting the number of people inside the store at once. I might consider trying Sam's again in the future during the special senior and immunocompromised hours, but I'm probably too turned off to go again during these times. The trip was not even that productive as I got a few items I needed, but many were out of stock. Many empty fridge and freezer cases where items used to be. The bulk savings were not worth this trip.

Wow. This club is clean and the associates are very friendly. They have everything in here from glasses to pharmacy to hearing aids (and not the cheap junk either) Apparently with a membership you get 10% off hearing aids. The hearing center has FREE hearing tests and the specialist has tons of information and educational materials. Geez who knew diabetics are twice as likely to have hearing loss and untreated hearing loss could increase your risk of Alzheimer's and dementia by 5. They also have custom ear plugs. Clothing selection is decent sized. Lots of food. Isles are widely spaced. Lots to chose from. They also have a tire and battery center. I live alone and still shop here because it is less often I have to shop by buying in bulk.

Ordered a treadmill for Christmas - they just dropped it off and literally dropped it off OUTSIDE MY HOUSE. It's 201 pounds. I asked the company if they would bring it in and they said no. Customer service from Sam's .com was horrendous untIl I finally talked to someone in the states. She at least offered to reimburse me some for someone to bring it in. I'm also speaking to a manger at a local store - although it is not the stores fault. She is going to try to help me and maybe this review will change but so far I'm livid and grateful it's not raining or it would be ruined.

My brother use to work there as a cashier for about a year. Then heared by the end of the year all of the registers will by select service. Also they started to play around with schedule. He told them the earliest he could come in was at 7:30AM. After a year they wanted him to come in at 7AM and when he said he couldn't they said they would write him up.

I tried the sams club pickup option today. The app is great, and you can check in when you get there. However, this particular location has no designated area and you have to go inside. Next to the customer service counter is the Club Pickup counter. The guy broadcasted over the intercom that I (used my full name) am there to pickup my order. Then I waited a long time. Well, maybe 5-10 minutes. Another person brought out my order in a cart. I then had to take it out of the store, including going through the exit door process, and then load my vehicle. I don't think I gained too much utilizing club pickup. I will probably wait until they add the designated pickup area like at the Washington Sams Club before using the service again. I also don't think they took enough care when selecting my fruit and bread items. Some fruit was bruised and the bread was slightly smashed.

Every time I need to order a birthday cake I'm told a week isn't enough time. One time I tried 10 days early and was told no. Why am I paying $45.00 a year for a membership if I have to buy my cakes at Giant Eagle? I have the membership for buying cakes.
