yesterday I went to come in with my kids and my puppy who I always bring in with me. the lady working the door immediately got rude with me. Telling me dogs aren't allowed on there anymore. I had my kid sit in the car with the dog. I go to go in and she gets really rude. Telling me I should have left him at home. Meantime I drove a hour from my camp and stopped on my way home. She told me the health department says no dogs unless it's a service dog. At that point she is getting louder and more rude. I ask her if she is going to pay my gas money for me to drive my puppy home and come back. I talked to 2 other employees neither knew anything about dogs not being allowed or the health department saying that. No signs either. Thinking maybe after having a membership for 12 years I need to check out Costco.

The 5 stars I am giving for this review is by far because of the Bakery. They never disappoint with their cakes and they are so affordable and good. I love cookie cake and they have a double layered cookie cake. You can order these ahead of time and pick the colors of your icing, or you can even look at their look book online and get a picture on your cake. The prices are great too. The picture of the cake was only $18. It looked cute and was very reasonable in price. I will continue to recommend the bakery to anyone who has a Sam's membership.

Everyone that shops at Sam's has a PAID membership! But now you're putting stipulations on patrons who have a green card(basic membership)...these people are NOT allowed to shop until AFTER 10a!! What BS! All because a few people felt slighted by their VIP status...it's NOBODY else's business what membership level you have!!

I love sams. We shop here frequently for groceries and love the samples. Went shopping Wednesday morning with my mom. A rude lady at the door said we couldn't shop with our green sams card because it was 3 minutes until 10. They should be glad we are supporting their company. They then said several rude comments about the customers waiting my the door. It's snowing. It's cold. There are several elderly people waiting. How can a company be so rude? I understand they are being cheap and want you to upgrade to the next card but we already pay to shop here. Very annoyed and disappointed in the rudeness of their staff.

I use to run a bingo for veterans and use to go there every week. They always go out of there way to help and and get special order items. I started going there long before they moved into the building that they are in now. My one and only complaint is I use to look forward to there pizza that they sell in the snack bar Sometimes I would buy 10-15 whole ones at a time, They were always very good. When the covid and they started selling pizza again they were very bad every now and then I would try to see if they were improving and they did some still not as good as they use to be. Not an expert at making but the dough is not given time to rest and rise before cooking?

I am immunocompromised and have been trying to get by during the Covid-19 pandemic with curbside grocery pickups. But there are items that are really best purchased in bulk, and that's why we have our Sam's Club membership. I've been reading on their website about the steps they're taking to try to keep the stores well-stocked and sanitized during this time, and the aisles are wide, so today I put on both a paper and cloth mask and figured I would use the Scan & Go feature on the app to minimize contact as much as possible and get in and out of the store with a well-organized list. It was an absolute nightmare. It was a weekday and not a peak time but the store was teeming with people, many of them incredibly rude and disrespectful of social distancing space. No employees are enforcing it, there are no one-way signs on aisles to try to help with the problem, which would be extremely helpful around the produce and freezer sections which got highly congested, and people were randomly stopping in the middle of aisles to socialize, with employees working nearby and doing nothing about it. I saw two employees take off their masks to chat with one another. One customer had taken off his mask and was walking through the store talking on the phone without it. No limiting the number of people inside the store at once. I might consider trying Sam's again in the future during the special senior and immunocompromised hours, but I'm probably too turned off to go again during these times. The trip was not even that productive as I got a few items I needed, but many were out of stock. Many empty fridge and freezer cases where items used to be. The bulk savings were not worth this trip.

Wow. This club is clean and the associates are very friendly. They have everything in here from glasses to pharmacy to hearing aids (and not the cheap junk either) Apparently with a membership you get 10% off hearing aids. The hearing center has FREE hearing tests and the specialist has tons of information and educational materials. Geez who knew diabetics are twice as likely to have hearing loss and untreated hearing loss could increase your risk of Alzheimer's and dementia by 5. They also have custom ear plugs. Clothing selection is decent sized. Lots of food. Isles are widely spaced. Lots to chose from. They also have a tire and battery center. I live alone and still shop here because it is less often I have to shop by buying in bulk.
