The girl at the deli was cutting my white cheese and it had a layer of orange due to the slicer being so dirty and caked with old cheese. When I stated I didn’t want that she copped an attitude with me. Did a poor job cleaning the Slicer til coworker said something to her. Glared at me as if it’s my fault their slicer needed to be cleaned. Normally no complaints with the store or personnel

Shame on you! To the young male working in the deli you should NEVER treat a customer so horribly because they came to your store for lunch meat and you had to berate her for ordering what she wanted! We were buying lunch meat for ourselves and my daughter. Very disappointed in the Shop n Save Buttermilk Hollow West Mifflin.

Hire a cashier that Is polite and friendly. The one I had today was absolutely rude and could care less. Your prices are already super high and getting treated rudely on top of that is just to much.

They have solicitors outside trying to sell you stuff when you walk in to the store. After working all day I just want to go to the store and buy some groceries. the last thing I need is to be harassed by solicitors. This store is close to my house and I visit it 1 to 4 times per week but today was my last visit there. I spend approximately $500.00 to $600 a month there but now I will go out of my way and pay higher prices at Giant eagle in Duquesne just to avoid being harassed when I try to walk into the store to buy groceries

We ordered a deli tray along with fried chicken and a fruit tray along with rolls for our family get together this Sunday. Everything was fresh and nicely prepared , and the food was very tasty. Thank you to Kelly and the deli and bakery team
