The worst customer service I have experienced. Worst location. Make my drinks wrong all the time. Ordered an almond shaken espresso, forgot the milk and the syrup. Found a hair in my drink, refunded me $5 for a $7 drink.

This location has been my work Starbucks for almost two years now. As a prior partner/employee, I highly recommend their level of service, care of service, cleanliness, and friendliness (even as they are just opening their doors). Thank you for helping coworkers and myself start our day off correctly!!

Location is well run, staff has always been kind, but the parking lot can be a nightmare to get in and out: once the line wraps around the building you tend to get trapped in parking spots indefinitely. If there's a long line just do drive through or find a parking space way out of the way to go in.

Phone stolen from this location morning of Wednesday 29th November. Some ethically fraught folx frequenting this location. Still a chance to make it right - it's not even a fancy phone, dude! Otherwise place is fine - great staff and good service.

I went to pickup my drink the doors were locked with a note on the door. The photo is looking into glass so its hard to see but there are 20 plus drinks made and sitting there. I could not go in to get my drink so I called the store to see if they could bring it ouside to me since they would not let people in. She said no to ask customer service for my money back I would not be receiving my drink. So here I am writing this review I still have to received a refund after calling customer service this was over a week ago now.

placed a mobile order, there was no notification the store It was not allowing people inside whenever we arrived. There was dozens of people wrapped around the building and dozens of people at the door wanting to just pick up their drink and leave. They for some reason would not let anyone in to get their drinks they already paid for. lots of people just had to leave with out getting what they paid for. Frustrated employees and frustrated customers. Leadership should of found a solution and allowed people to simply take their drinks from the front door and leave
