I made an appt at 1:30pm on a Fri 2 weeks ago for my car to get looked at because the issue was possibly under warranty. I was called day before asked if the car could be there at open. So, I dropped it off early. That Friday morning got a call from Scott to let me know *IF* it is the TCM codes that could take awhile. Fine. He will call me to let me know after it is hooked up. Heard nothing back... until I was able to get ahold of Scott myself on the following Tue. The car was never hooked up despite having an appt. Said he get it done that day and call me back..... heard nothing until I got a hold of a Tyler that following Friday. Said it was another issue going to cost $850. Said let me figure out money and if I could swing the cost. Called later that day to no answer, walked in Sat and spoke to Tyler in person told him let's move forward. Said ok, I asked how long said the "one part would be a day out, so Monday maybe Tuesday at the latest" I said ok and left. Tue comes and goes...called no answer, left vm, had other people say manager would call back, nothing... Now we are on Friday yet again 2 week since my original appt. FINALLY got ahold of Tyler said it's done but needs a test drive. No reasoning on why the hell no one has called, or why it's taken so long. I am normally a very patient individual, but wtf. Never buying a Ford again. Never buying from Shults again.

I had an amazing experience with Shults Ford South. I worked with Mike Heck and it was great. While the wait manufacturing for the Ford Bronco took a while, Mike called me any time there was something close to what I had ordered if someone else decided to back out. He was super attentive. The finance department here was really great as well. I got a fair price for my trade in and they made sure I got a great rate for financing (which is no small feat these days). My only qualm is that I ended up with a body appearance kit that I didn't need, but I don't think that was the dealership's fault since Ford kept things under wraps for the 2023 Bronco until they started showing up on the lot. I meant to fill out the customer satisfaction survey but it expired so hopefully this will suffice! Thanks for the great experience!

We have leased at leeast five cars and we have always enjoyed superb sales and service. And I'm one of Santa's helpers so you know I'm telling the truth. Take care Shults Ford and keep up the great work. There just might be something a little special under the Christmas Tree this you for all of the employees who make Shults Ford South a winning team. And, there better be some hot choclate and cookies for the Big Guy.

I pre-ordered a bronco through this dealership. The process was easy and painless. They don’t mark them up over MSRP or play any games with your order. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Shults Ford South.

2100 miles on my 2022 ford pickup and cheap steel rusted. Did not cover brakes and rotors and receiving steel from china being chilled with salt water. Now I’m responsible for $2000 to fix brakes on my truck. I will never purchase another ford product. They screwed me

I recently purchased a truck at Shults Ford South. I had a great experience from working with Mike in sales and Bob in finance. They were very knowledgeable and great communicators. They went the extra mile to make me feel special. I would recommend Shults Ford South to anyone considering a Ford.

Had 2 F150's ,back to back. Never had a single problem. Now i have a maverick,,,a year old. We downsized because we're getting close to 70. Love it. No complaints. 10 years staight ford.!

Had to get some parts replaced for the dashboard air vents of my 2017 Ford Focus. Tyler quoted me for total labor and parts back in July and told it would take 3-5 business days for the parts to arrive at the dealership. After a month of hearing absolutely nothing, I called to check on the status. After 2-3 attempts, I was able to reach Tyler and he simply said that he would talk to the parts team and get back to me. After another 2 weeks, I called again, multiple times, and was only able to reach someone else on the service team who talked to Tyler personally and relayed the info that it would apparently be 3 business days for the parts to finally arrive. Again, another week passed of hearing nothing, and I finally got fed up and contacted Betty. That was last week, and again I've heard nothing. To be honest, I'm really tired of having to chase people down, and plan on using a different ford dealership from now on.

After six months of being in the lot and quoted one price, I am finally informed that my truck was ready. The cashier gave me an invoice for $2,000 more than the quote. Tyler was as unresponsive as a junky. I've had to make multiple stops to check in on the progress. When I questioned them about the price, all I got was attitude. Plz, for the love of Jesus, do not come here. I just spent more on a motor than I paid for the truck. Brake light is still on even after paying $500 for brake accouterments, but somehow passed inspection. They wouldn't even put a few pounds of air in a tire. The hood they had to replace after they damaged mine is in worse condition than the original. GO. SOMEWHERE. ELSE. Steering wheel was filthy and mold spores on my rear seat.

The staff was friendly, polite, and professional. During the service the staff lead reviewed my car to see if there were any pending recalls and was able to address a recall outside of the service scheduled. This saved me time as I did not need to schedule a separate appointment. Also, the staff was very accommodating to me and my needs, providing me a place to work where I would not disrupt other customers. All in all, fantastic service.

Great service and they actually listened when we had them look for the vehicle we wanted. Other dealers kept throwing the first thing they found at us trying to get us to buy a vehicle close to what we were looking for. Shults Ford South got us exactly what we wanted.

Zero lack of respect or regard for the hardship it imposes on their customers to not have a car and they have no rentals or solutions to offer despite an entire lot full of cars, poor customer service and shotty work.I gave one star because the service rep I worked with WAS nice.I had a problem with my car about a year ago for the clutch but the clutch was never really fixed and then this happens making me think that was just a $2k one year bandaid until the real issue caused my car to be unusable for almost 2 months.I’m looking forward to the day I can get rid of my ford.

After finally making a 54,000.00 purchase of a truck and getting everything finalized for pick up this dealership had the nerve to apply a Schultz Ford sticker on the tailgate of the truck that we had just paid a 1000.00 for a luxcare treatment. We were never asked if they could apply this advertisement to our truck and I would never have gave my permission.What gives this dealership the right to put their advertisement on my property and ruin the brand new coating that was applied?I no longer want this truck and will be requesting my dollar trade in back as well as my large cash deposit back.Extremely disappointed!!!

This is not a good dealership to work with. I was up front and honest in my situation and what I was looking for and to do. I know the market for used vehicles is very high right now. The dealership gave me a price to get me out of a lease with a bank they use and I’m told that it was a wash because the equity in the vehicle would be used to pay taxes. I’m sorry but this does not make sense to me and I never heard of it and I have been leasing cars my whole life. If there is equity in a car I should be able to roll it over for the down payment of a new car. So I told the sales person this that I know there is equity in the car. They said they maybe able to give you a thousand more. So after I put the vin number in Kelly Blue Book it showed it was worth more money by 3k more. I text the salesman that was communicating to me the picture from Kelly Blue Book and he told me he was in the range with just 36k. This is such a slap in the face to your customer who is actively looking to purchase a car. I would not recommend this dealership at all. I will not be buying my next ford vehicle from them. I gave them a chance for a ford F150 Extended Cab. I was in search of a truck. They told me they couldn’t help me then either. But this time it was wrong to do to your customer. I ask for the General Manager’s name or Richard Bazzy the owners email but I was told they are not allowed to give them out.

Jordan was a very personable and knowledgeable salesman! He took the time to walk me through my new bronco and explained all the features in detail! I would definitely recommend this location and Jordan as a salesman!
