I went into the West Mifflin branch 15 minutes before it closed. There was a lady being helped and a couple waiting. I could see the man working (a tall guy with gray hair ) was annoyed that I walked in . The lady that was currently being helped obviously felt uncomfortable and apologized to him saying I guess I came in at a bad time he said nothing in response. She said something else to him and he still did not reply to her then his label machine became jammed and she laughed to ease the uncomfortableness and he told her with an attitude that there is nothing funny about this. During this time another customer walked in behind me mind you it was still before closing and he displayed more annoyance and that's when I decided to leave and go to Munhall's office where the lady working there couldn't have been more pleasant. Like a different reviewer stated I will also go out of my way to avoid utilizing this branch.

I went to this post office this afternoon to purchase stamps. As I’m walking in, and the sign read open, a tall man with grayish hair told me they were closed. I expressed some frustration with taking time on my lunch break to run over and the hours online being incorrect. His response was “this is finance” I was not sure what that response meant as there are big letters that spell post office on the building. I stated that I would try to make it to homestead post office and to my amazement this grown adult mocked me. I don’t plan on going back there, I’ll make the extra trip elsewhere to not have to deal with immaturity

Had an interaction today with a USPS member at the register who THREATENED to call the cops on me for coming in 4 minutes before close. I cant make this up. Then he gave me a hard time as it took me 30 seconds to put 2 things in bubble mailers. USPS, the guy you have working here that looks like Alec Baldwin, you need to fire him. Worst employee attitude ive ever seen from anybody working any job.

Arrived to find the Post Office closed during posted open hours. Why not actually staff the Post Office when it's open? Too bad for those with PO Boxes....no mail for us.

The bank has better hours.The post office doesn't open until 10:00 and in 2 hours and 45 minutes they close for lunch. Very hard for working people to getaccess to inside services. The public pays a lot for stamps and our taxes subsidies the post office.You would think the public would be served better!

Lisa is a sweetheart who has a passion for her job. The office is super small but lots of parking, and sometimes the police use it to make sure you stop at the stop sign. Lisa is so pleasant to deal with I had to write a review. I do not know her personally just a customer. Even when busy like Christmas, she was still in a good mood. maybe they are paying her $200k a year to put up with locals.... I doubt that only kidding on the income. I'll be shipping some things on Ebay so I might do an update. Clean place but weird hours since its a small place.
