This location’s dining room is closed at random times for no apparent reason. Staff is incredibly rude when asking even the most basic of questions.

Very frustrating you don’t update at least on door of facility when they not opening dining room as specified on the website. I sat in parking lot for almost 30 min………15 past 0800 when supposedly the dining room opens only to be informed through glass that I have to use drive through. I didn’t want to eat in my car, that’s why I sat in parking lot waiting for restraunt to open dining room. Waste of my time, you lost my business……..at least today……..if this happens again I’m done forever with this location. I don’t like my time being wasted. All it would have taken to prevent this was a piece of paper taped to the dining room doors informing customers of the situation.

3 star because they no longer offer the grilled chicken in their Asiago ranch chicken sandwich. Truly don't understand why they removed it as an option. The drive thru was quick and the worker was polite.

Drive thru service was OK, the employee was a little impatient, but we worked through it. Food looked as if it was prepared earlier and sat under a warming lamp for hours and the fries soggy!

First off, the manager tried to call me a liar saying he put the Dave's double in the bag (he didn't). Then finally gives the Dave double, and I don't bother to check till I get home, and it's a Dave single... I suppose wendies encourage this sort of dishonest business practice to encourage saving money by ripping customers off. Also, it sounded like the car behind us also had a messed up order. Place needs management that maybe doesn't call its customers liars and can ATLEAST get an order right, especially considering they apparently were the ones doing it,How is wendies going to expect better performance from its employees when, from what I can tell, the manager was a joke and probably the worst employer yinz gotI will not be returning.
