Westwood Golf Club offers a mixed golfing experience. The course is well-maintained, with fair and challenging holes, and the greens are in good condition. However, the cart paths can be dangerous in places, and the course layout is considered odd in a few areas. The price for 18 holes with a cart is reasonably priced at $39 for weekday play. The course could benefit from some additional care, as the fairway grass is reported to be clumpy, with bare areas. The back nine is more challenging than the front nine. While the course generally provides a good golfing experience, the pace of play can be an issue, with no ranger to ensure a smooth flow. One notable highlight is the on-site dining, which is described as an exceptional experience, with delicious offerings such as beef brisket, smoked chicken wings, and ribs. Despite some areas needing improvement, Westwood Golf Club offers a fair price point and the potential for an enjoyable round of golf, especially for local players.
This course has grown on me. Not too long and not too difficult. It's perfect for an after work round.

It cannot be understated how terrible the cart paths are. Some of the tee boxes are practically concrete and broke several tees just trying to get them in the ground.

Terrible tee boxes, awful cart paths, and a golf cart shortage. Fairways and greens are in good shape and everyone who worked there was friendly. Not worth $50 a round unfortunately.
