Along with their large inventory, they have a beautiful brand-new cigar lounge. Along with the recent addition of personal lockers, the lounge is furnished with luxurious leather chairs and large flat screen tv's to catch all of the big games. “Thank god they're back to having the tasting on friday. Chairman select wines are usually in the tasting. The dries you have to taste because everyones particular taste is so varied. They told me they've added a sweet because so many people have asked for sweet. I liked that they had enough staff on for the holidays to check people out. Also, I am extremely grateful for the staff member who pointed out that I Had two bottles of apothic wine in my cart... Did I know about the wine cupon!!!!???? It's been a long time since coupons. Whether I drink the wine now or six months from now a coupon is a coupon. You can pick from a variety of 8 different ones.Or was it ten. But apothecs were on there. Buy 6 From the list... “Awesome selection & super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I asked them about a specific beer, that has been impossible to find for the past 2 years. They were out. A couple minutes later, he came up to me and said he just called his supplier and they would have some in next week. Whenever I'm in WB, I stop by.”
“I always go here. The prices here on alcohol are better than anyone else on this side of the river. The store is always extremely clean and the staff are so nice!!!! The owner is really great too. I spoke to him this week and it is just very clear that he cares about his customers and making them happy. Definitely recommend this place!!!!”

“I had a good experience here last weekend. I was in from out of town and they were patient when my friend and I kept some items at the front while we picked up some more things. We ended up with quite a load so the gentleman grabbed a dolly and wheeled it out front for us and helped put everything in my trunk. Later, I realized I had been charged for one too many cases of Corona by accident. At this point I had already returned home. I spoke with him on the phone and shared pictures of the receipts. He was able to confirm the mistake and is processing a refund. I really thought it was lost since I couldn't go back in person so I definitely appreciated this high level of customer service. They obviously care about having a good reputation. Will shop again if I'm ever back in Scranton.”

“I like all the Fine Wine & Good Spirits store's what i don't like is how they never have what i'm looking for in stock and in Pennsylvania you can't order liquor from other states for home delivery. If you drink bourbon/whiskey then you probably feel the same pain. Here's a tip go on the Fine Wine website and they have alot of special order stuff that can be delivered to your local store.”

“Great place for the alcohol you like. With order and pay ahead, mind you no account needed to purchase online through the proper store your visiting. I was in and out in less than 4 minutes. Clean bright and friendly staff plus when I was there they happened to have a security guard on duty. So no fear to stop by on the way home when it's dark and your wife or girlfriend happens to be alone. It's a great place for fast shopping and very nice employees who know their business. Also, you can set up the pickup when you buy online for anyone special you like to pick it up or you can choose to just leave it as yourself for the pickup contact.
